Claims (14)
- FREMGANGSMÅDER OG ANORDNING TIL UDSKÆRING AF DYREKROPPE1. Fremgangsmåde til forarbejdning af en dyrekropsdel (4), der indbefatter følgende trin: a. fastholdelse af dyrekropsdelen (4) b. billeddannelse af dyrekropsdelen (4); c. bestemmelse af én eller flere udskæringsbaner baseret på billeddannelsen og d. bevægelse af dyrekropsdelen (4) i forhold til et skæreredskab (16) for udskæring af dyrekropsdelen (4) langs den ene eller flere udskæringsbaner, hvor dyrekropsdelen (4) fastholdes af en robotarm (6) under billeddannelse og udskæring.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor dyrekropsdelen (4) bevæges til en flerhed af positioner for at opnå talrige billeder af dyrekroppen fra forskellige perspektiver.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor et tredimensionalt billede af dyrekropsdelen (4) genereres ud fra de opnåede billeder.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor struktureret lys scannes over dyrekropsdelen (4), når billederne opnås.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor et referencepunktselement (15) er tilvejebragt således på robotarmen (6), når billeder af dyrekropsdelen (4) og referencepunktselementet (15) opfanges, at referencepunktselementet (15) anvendes til at bestemme positionen og orienteringen af dyrekropsdelen (4) i forhold til robotarmen (6).
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor referencepunktselementet (15) består af 3 referencepunkter placeret vinkelret i forhold til robotarmen (6).
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor et røntgenbillede af dyrekropsdelen (4) opnås før bearbejdning ved anvendelse af robotarmen (6) og røntgenbilledet kombineres med billeddannelse af dyrekropsdelen (4), mens den fastholdes af robotarmen (6), for at danne en sammensat model af dyrekropsdelen (4).
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor udskæringsbaner bestemmes baseret på den sammensatte model.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor talrige udskæringer foretages, mens dyrekropsdelen (4) kontinuerligt fastholdes af robotarmen (6).
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor dyrekropsdelen (4) holdes stationær, mens skæreredskaber bevæges i forhold til dyrekropsdelen (4) for at udskære dyrekropsdelen (4).
- 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9 eller krav 10, hvor geometrisk reference bevares mellem dyrekropsdelen (4) og skæreredskabet (16) for at udføre sekvensen af udskæringer baseret på billeddannelsesinformationerne.
- 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor billeddannelsen indbefatter optisk billeddannelse.
- 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, hvor billeddannelsen indbefatter røntgenbilleddannelse.
- 14. Dyrekropsudskæringsapparat, der indbefatter: a. en robotarm (6) med gribeanordninger, der er konfigureret til at gribe en del af en dyrekrop (4); b. et billeddannelsessystem (14) konfigureret til billeddannelse af delen af dyrekroppen; c. et styresystem (17) konfigureret til at bestemme én eller flere udskæringsbaner baseret på billeder fra billeddannelsessystemet (14); og d. et skæreredskab (16) konfigureret til at udskære en dyrekropsdel, når robotarmen bevæger dyrekropsdelen i forhold til skæreredskabet for at udskære dyrekroppen langs den ene eller flere udskæringsbaner, hvor styresystemet (17) er konfigureret til at styre robotarmen (6) til at fastholde dyrekropsdelen (4) under billeddannelse og udskæringer.
