Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til kontinuerlig støbning af opløsningsmiddelfyldte, sammenhængende plader af fiberforstærket, bøjeligt gelmateriale, omfattende: - kontinuerlig kombinering af en sol (11) og et gelinducerende middel (12) til dannelse af en katalyseret sol, - tilvejebringelse af et første bevægende element (18) og et andet bevægende element (18), hvor det andet bevægende element bevæger sig i samme retning som det første bevægende element, - tilvejebringelse af pladevat (17) som lag eller plader af fiberholdigt materiale mellem det første (18) og det andet bevægende element (18), - kombinering af den katalyserede sol med pladevattet (17), og - dannelse af en gelplade af kombinationen med en første overflade og en anden overflade ved afgivelse af den katalyserede sol sådan, at den første overflade af den katalyserede sol er i forbindelse med det første bevægende element (18), og den anden overflade af den katalyserede sol er i forbindelse med det andet bevægende element (18), hvori det første bevægende element (18) og det andet bevægende element (18) bevæger sig med en forudbestemt hastighed, der virker til at lade gelering ske i den katalyserede sol på det første bevægende element (18) og det andet bevægende element (18).
2. Fremgangsmåde til kontinuerlig støbning af opløsningsmiddelfyldte, sammenhængende plader af fiberforstærket, bøjeligt gelmateriale, omfattende: - tilvejebringelse af et første bevægende element (18) og et andet bevægende element (18), hvor det andet bevægende element (18) bevæger sig i samme retning som det første bevægende element (18), - tilvejebringelse af pladevat (17) som lag eller plader af fiberholdigt materiale mellem det første (18) og det andet bevægende element (18), - afgivelse af sol (11) på det første bevægende element (18) og kombinering af det med pladevattet (17), - dannelse af en gelplade af kombinationen med en første overflade og en anden overflade ved afgivelse og kombinering af solen sådan, at den første overflade af solen (11) er i forbindelse med det første bevægende element (18), og den anden overflade af solen er i forbindelse med det andet bevægende element (18), og - inducering af gelering af solpladen med en proces, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af (a) en kemisk proces, og (b) spredning af en forudbestemt mængde energi fra en energikilde i et tværsnitsareal af solen.
3. Fremgangsmåde til kontinuerlig støbning af opløsningsmiddelfyldte, sammenhængende plader af fiberforstærket, bøjeligt gelmateriale, omfattende: - kontinuerlig dannelse af en gelplade ved afgivelse af katalyseret sol på et bevægende element (28; 77) med en forudbestemt hastighed og kombinering af den med pladevat (17; 75), som er tilvejebragt som lag eller plader af fiberholdigt materiale, og - inducering af gelering i kombination med det bevægende element (28; 77) med en proces, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af (a) en kemisk proces, og (b) spredning af en forudbestemt mængde energi fra en energikilde i et tværsnitsareal af solen.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, 2 eller 3, hvori pladevattet (17; 27; 75) tilvejebringes ved afrulning fra en rulle.
5. Fremgangsmåde til kontinuerlig støbning af opløsningsmiddelfyldte, sammenhængende plader af fiberforstærket, bøjeligt gelmateriale, omfattende: - kontinuerlig kombinering af en sol (21; 70) og et gelinducerende middel (22; 71) til dannelse af en katalyseret sol, og - dannelse af en gelplade ved afgivelse af den katalyserede sol på et bevægende element (28; 77) med en forudbestemt virksom hastighed og kombinering af den med pladevat (27; 75), som er tilvejebragt som lag eller plader af fiberholdigt materiale, for at lade gelering ske ved kombineringen på det bevægende element (28; 77).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvori pladevattet (17; 27; 75) tilvejebringes ved afrulning fra en rulle.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, 2, 5 eller 6, hvori det bevægende element omfatter kanter.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, 2, 5 eller 6, hvori solen omfatter et materiale valgt fra gruppen bestående af uorganiske materialer, organiske materialer og en kombination af de uorganiske materialer og de organiske materialer.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvori de uorganiske materialer er valgt fra gruppen bestående af zirkoniumoxider, yttriumforbindelser, hafniumforbindelser, aluminiumoxider, titaniumforbindelser, ceriumilte og kiselsyreanhydrider, magnesiumoxid, kalciumoxid, magnesiumfluorid, kalciumfluorid, og kombinationer deraf.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvori de organiske materialer er valgt fra gruppen bestående af polyakrylater, polyolefiner, polystyrener, polyakrylnitriler, polyuretaner, polyimider, polyf u rfu r alalkohol, fenolfurfurylalkohol, melam inform-aldehyder, resorcinolformaldehyder, kresolformaldehyd, fenolformaldehyd, poly-vinylalkoholdialdehyd, polycyanurater, polyakrylamider, forskellige epoxyer, agar, og agarose, samt kombinationer deraf.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4 eller 6, hvori det fiberholdige pladevat eller måttemateriale omfatter fibre valgt fra gruppen bestående af uorganiske materialer, organiske materialer og en kombination af de uorganiske materialer og de organiske materialer.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4 eller 6, hvori det fiberholdige pladevat eller måttemateriale omfatter fibre med en diameter i et område fra 0,1 pm til 1000 pm eller indenfor et område på 0,001 pm til 10 pm.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5 eller 6, yderligere omfattende trinet: - fordeling af krympede fibre i hele gelpladen.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2 eller 3, hvori energikilden er valgt fra gruppen bestående af en elektromagnetisk energikilde, en infrarød energikilde, en røntgenenergikilde, en mikrobølgeenergikilde, en gammastråleenergikilde, en akustisk energikilde, en ultralydenergikilde, en partikelstråleenergikilde, en elektronstråle-energikilde, en betapartikelenergikilde, en alfapartikelenergikilde, og kombinationer deraf.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, 2, 3 eller 5, hvori mindst et bevægende element er et transportbånd.
