Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt (10) til oral anvendelse omfattende: en halv-opløselig, super-hydratiseret membrancoating (12) omfattende: (a) en opløselig, ikke-tværbundet komponent; og (b) en uopløselig, tværbundet komponent; hvor andelen af uopløselig, tværbundet komponent i den halv-opløselige, super-hydratiserede membrancoating er 60 til 70 vægtprocent, en eller flere teksturkomponenter valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (i) mindst et polymerlag (22) på en yderflade af den halv-opløselige, super-hydratiserede membrancoating omfattende mindst en vand-opløselig coating; og (ii) mindst en fiber, snor eller strimmel (24) anbragt i eller på den halv-opløselige, super-hydratiserede membrancoating, og et formet stykke tobaksmateriale (16) indeholdt i den halv-opløselige, super-hydratiserede membrancoating, idet tobaksmaterialet omfatter fugtigt røgfrit tobak.
2. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge krav 1, hvor den opløselige, ikke-tværbundne komponent omfatter en polymer valgt fra gruppen bestående af stivelse, dextrin, gummi arabicum, guargummi, kitosan, cellulose, polyvinylalkohol, polymælkesyre, gelatine, sojaprotein, valleprotein og kombinationer deraf.
3. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den uopløselige, tværbundne komponent omfatter et tværbindingsmiddel og en tværbindbar polymer valgt fra gruppen bestående af alginat, pektin, carrageenan, modificerede polysaccharider med tværbindbare funktionelle grupper og kombinationer deraf.
4. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge krav 3, hvor den tværbindbare polymer er en kemisk tværbindbar polymer.
5. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor tobaksmaterialet yderligere omfatter en supplerende mængde af et tobakssubstitutmateriale valgt fra gruppen bestående af frugtfibre og -partikler, vegetabilske fibre og partikler, plantefibre og -partikler og kombinationer deraf til tobaksmaterialet.
6. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor tobaksmaterialet er fuldstændigt opløseligt i munden.
7. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor tobaksmaterialet omfatter fugtigt røgfrit tobak med et fugtindhold på ca. 35% til ca. 65%.
8. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor tobaksmaterialet omfatter fugtigt røgfrit tobak med en vandaktivitet på ca. 0,85 gennemsnit til ca. 0,86 gennemsnit.
9. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor teksturkomponenten omfatter (ii) mindst en fiber, snor eller strimmel og hvor den mindst ene fiber, snor eller strimmel: har gennemsnitlige dimensioner der varierer mellem ca. 0,01 mm og ca. 1,0 mm; og/eller er tilfældigt orienteret i eller på den halv-opløselige, super-hydratiserede membrancoating; og/eller er ensartet orienteret i eller på den halv-opløselige, super-hydratiserede membrancoating; og/eller er påklæbet det fugtige røgfrie tobaksprodukt med et klæbemiddel af levnedsmiddelkvalitet; og/eller omfatter et materiale valgt fra gruppen bestående af vegetabilske fibre, frugtfibre, tobaksfibre, urtefibre, syntetiske polymerer, naturlige polymerer og kombinationer deraf.
10. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor teksturkomponenten omfatter (i) mindst et polymerlag og hvor det mindst ene polymerlag: er tilsat aroma; og/eller omfatter mindst en polymer valgt fra gruppen bestående af modificeret stivelse, dextrin, pullulan, pektin og kombinationer deraf.
11. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor vægtfylden af den super-hydratiserede membrancoating er ca. 1,0 ± 0,2 g/cm3.
12. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den halv-opløselige, super-hydratiserede membrancoating har et fugtindhold på ca. 10% til ca. 50%.
13. Fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den opløselige, ikke-tværbundne komponent og den uopløselige, tværbundne komponent er opløst i vand eller tobakssafter eller en kombination deraf.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt omfattende: at forme tobaksmateriale til et formet stykke tobaksmateriale; at forme en halv-opløselig super-hydratiseret membrancoating omfattende: (a) en opløselig, ikke-tværbunden komponent; og (b) en uopløselig, tværbunden komponent på det formede stykke tobaksmateriale for at danne et coatet stykke tobaksmateriale, hvor andelen af uopløselig, tværbunden komponent i den halvopløselige, super-hydratiserede membrancoating er 60 til 70 vægtprocent; og at tilsætte en eller flere teksturkomponenter valgt fra gruppen bestående af: (i) mindst et polymerlag på en yderflade af den halv-opløselige, super-hydratiserede membrancoating omfattende mindst en vandopløselig coating; og (ii) mindst en fiber, snor eller strimmel anbragt i eller på den halv-opløselige, super-hydratiserede membrancoating og kombinationer deraf for at danne et fugtigt røgfrit tobaksprodukt med en tekstureret coating.
