Claims (14)
1. Indretning (10, 210, 310), som omfatter: en holder (44) til at holde et toskallet bløddyr ved en første skal, hvilket bløddyr har et par af skaller, indbefattende den første skal og en anden skal, og en lukkemuskel, som er fastgjort til skallerne; et skæreblad (70, 202, 370), som er bevægeligt fra en første position ude af kontakt med bløddyret til en anden position, hvor mindst en del af skærebladet er mellem skallerne for at skære lukkemusklen af den anden skal; en skalaftagningsmekanisme (74, 204, 374, 375) til aftagning af den anden skal af den første skal; og en styreenhed (432) til styring af bevægelse af skærebladet og funktion af skalaftagningsmekanismen, hvilken styreenhed foranlediger skærebladet til at forblive i sin anden position, hvorved lukkemusklen, som er blevet skåret af den anden skal, beskyttes mod beskadigelse som følge af skalaftagningsmekanismen.
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor skalaftagningsmekanismen omfatter: et slagelement (74, 204), som er bevægeligt fra en første position ude af kontakt med bløddyret til en anden position, for at ramme en udvendig overflade af den anden skal og tage den anden skal af den første skal.

12. Indretning ifølge krav 11, yderligere omfattende: en anden luftblæsestation (20, 320) mellem den første muskelskære- og skalaftagningsstation og vakuumstationen.
13.
