Claims (3)

1. Fremgangsmåde til at vurdere effektiviteten af en cytokinbehandling eller en statinbehandling hos en patient som lider af en sygdom, hvor CD73 i en vævsvæske uddraget fra patienten anvendes som biomarkør, hvor fremgangsmåden gentages på to eller flere tidspunkter og med et ændret niveau af CD73 i prøven, sammenlignet med et forudgående assay, anvendes til at estimere effektiviteten af behandlingen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor cytokinbehandlingen anvendes til behandling af en sygdom valgt fra gruppen bestående af a) vævsskade, b) en reperfusionsskade som resultat af myokardieinfarkt eller slagtilfælde, organtransplantationer eller en anden kirurgisk operation, c) cancer eller cancermetastase, og d) en inflammatorisk tilstand.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor statinbehandlingen anvendes til behandling af en sygdom valgt fra gruppen bestående afen hjerte-kar-sygdom, en inflammatorisk tilstand, demens, cancer, cataracta nuclearis og pulmonal hypertension.
