Claims (3)
1. Flugtningsindretning (26) til flugtning af en blok til skæring af femurkondyler (5, 6) under prostetisk knækirurgi, hvilken indretning omfatter: et fastgørelsesmiddel (23, 23’) til midlertidig fastgørelse til en tilpasset tibial-plade (7), hvilket fastgørelsesmiddel fikserer positionen og orienteringen af flugtningsindretningen (26) i forhold til tibialpladen (7), og et forlængelsesmiddel (25), som forbinder fastgørelsesmidlet (23, 23’) og et koblingsmiddel (24), hvilket forlængelsesmiddel er konfigureret til at justere afstanden mellem fastgørelsesmidlet (23, 23’) og koblingsmidlet (24) langs med en y-akse, hvor y-aksen defineres som værende parallel med den intramedul-lære tibialakse, kendetegnet ved, at flugtningsindretningen (26) er tilpasset til at skære posteriore femurkondyler, hvor koblingsmidlerne (24) er tilpasset til midlertidig fastgørelse til en posterior femur-skæreblok (29), hvilke koblingsmidler forhindrer rotation af den posteriore femur-skæreblok (29) omkring en z-akse, hvor z-aksen er parallel med den intramedullære femurakse.
2. Flugtningsindretning(26) ifølge krav 1, hvor koblingsmidlet muliggør forskydning af den posteriore femur-skæreblok (29) parallelt med x-aksen.
3. Flugtningsindretning (26) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor forlængelsesmidlet (25) er forbundet til koblingsmidlet (24) ved hjælp af en cylindrisk kobling, som muliggør rotation af den posteriore femur-skæreblok (29) omkring y-aksen.
