Claims (14)

1. Drivmekanisme til en lægemiddeldispenseringsanordning, der kan skiftes mellem en normal operationstilstand og en nulstillingstilstand, hvilken drivmekanisme omfatter: - et hus (17, 13) med en proksimal ende og en distal ende, - en rotationsdel (21), der er indrettet til at rotere i en første retning (44) og i en anden retning (47) i forhold til huset (17, 13) , en drivdel (20), hvor rotationsdelen (21) i den normale operationstilstand er koblet med drivdelen (20), således at drivdelen (20) følger rotationsbevægelse af rotationsdelen (21) i den anden retning (47), - en stempelstang (12), hvor stempelstangen (12) i den normale operationstilstand forskydes i en distal retning i forhold til huset (17, 13), når drivdelen (20) roterer i den anden retning (47) i forhold til huset (17, 13), en stopdel (26), hvor stopdelen (26) i den normale operationstilstand er koblet med drivdelen (20) , således at stopdelen (26) forhindrer rotationsbevægelse af drivdelen (20) i forhold til huset (17, 13) i den første retning, og - en separationsdel (70) til skift af operationstilstanden, der er kendetegnet ved, at separationsdelen (70) er indrettet til at bevæge stopdelen (26) og drivdelen (20) i den distale retning i forhold til huset (17, 13), når den normale operationstilstand skiftes til nulstillingstilstanden til derved afkobling af stopdelen (26) og drivdelen (20) og afkobling af drivdelen (20) og rotationsdelen (21), hvilket åbner mulighed for rotation af drivdelen (20) og stempelstangen (12) i den første retning (44) til derved bevægelse af stempelstangen (12) i den proksimale retning til en indledende startposition.
2. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1, hvor separationsdelen (70) er indrettet til at bevæge stopdelen (26) i den distale retning i forhold til drivdelen (20), når separationsdelen (70) bevæges i den distale retning i forhold til huset (17, 13).
3. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor separationsdelen (70) er indrettet til at bevæge stopdelen (26) og drivdelen (20) i den distale retning i forhold til rotationsdelen (21), når separationsdelen (70) bevæges i den distale retning i forhold til huset (17, 13).
4. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, der er egnet til at blive aftageligt fastgjort til en patronholder, hvor drivmekanismen skiftes til nulstillingstilstanden, når patronholderen afmonteres fra drivmekanismen.
5. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 4, der omfatter en elastisk del (79), der påvirkes, når patronholderen er fastgjort til drivmekanismen, og har mulighed for at relaksere, når patronholderen afmonteres, til derved bevægelse af separationsdelen (70) i den distale retning i forhold til huset (17, 13) .

Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor stempelstangen (12) i nulstillingstilstanden kan forskydes i den proksimale retning i forhold til huset (17, 13) mod en aksial startposition, og stempelstangen (12) i den normale operationstilstand kan bevæges i den distale retning i forhold til huset (17, 13).
7. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, der yderligere omfatter en knap (71), der er koblet med separationsdelen (70), hvilken knap kan bevæges til skift til nulstillingstilstanden.
8. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 7, hvor separationsdelen (70) er placeret inde i huset (17, 13) og hvor knappen (71) er placeret mindst delvist uden for huset (17, 13).
9. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor drivdelen (20) rotations-afkobles fra rotationsdelen (21), når knappen (71) bevæges i den distale retning i forhold til huset (17, 13).
10. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor separationsdelen (70) omfatter et første fremspring (74), der går i indgreb med en fure (72) med en distal ende i drivdelen (20), hvor det første fremspring (74) i den normale operationstilstand er placeret i en afstand fra den distale ende af furen (72), og det første fremspring (74) bevæges mod den distale ende af furen (72), når der skiftes til nulstillingstilstanden.
11. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 10, hvor drivdelen (20) bevæges i den distale retning i forhold til huset (17, 13), når det første fremspring (74) har nået den distale ende af furen (72), og separationsdelen (70) bevæges yderligere i den distale retning i forhold til huset (17, 13).

13. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, hvor separationsdelen (70) er koblet med stopdelen (26).
14. Drivmekanisme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, hvor stopdelen (26) og drivdelen (20) i den normale tilstand er koblet ved hjælp af en kobling, der åbner mulighed for, at overførsel af rotationsbevægelse kun sker i den anden retning.
