Claims (16)
1. Drivmekanisme til en lægemiddeldispenseringsanordning (1), der omfatter: - et hus (13, 17), - en stempelstang (12), der er anbragt inde i huset (13, 17), - en drivdel (20), der er anbragt inde i huset (13, 17), hvilken drivdel (20) kan rotere i forhold til huset (13, 17), - en rotationsdel (21) , der kan rotere i forhold til huset (13, 17), - en dosisdel (34), der kan bevæges mellem en første aksial position (60) i forhold til huset (13, 17) og en anden aksial position (61), der er adskilt aksialt fra den første aksiale position (60), - et indgreb mellem dosisdelen (34) og huset (13, 17), hvilket indgreb åbner mulighed for, at dosisdelen (34) kan bevæges ad en indstillings-/dispenseringsbane (62) mellem den første aksiale position (60) og den anden aksiale position (61) i den ene eller den anden retning eller bevæges ad en annulleringsbane (63) fra den anden aksiale position (61) til den første aksiale position (60), og et indgreb mellem dosisdelen (34) og rotationsdelen (21) samt et ensrettet rotationsindgreb mellem rotationsdelen (21) og drivdelen (20) ved hjælp af et koblingsmiddel på en sådan måde, at rotationsdelen (21) roteres, når dosisdelen (34) bevæges ad indstillings-/dispenseringsbanen (62), og drivdelen (20) ikke roteres, når dosisdelen (34) bevæges ad annulleringsbanen (63), der er kendetegnet ved, at stempelstangen (12) omfatter et gevind (49), der er i indgreb med huset (13,17), således at en rotationsbevægelse af stempelstangen (12) omdannes til en bevægelse af stempelstangen (12) i forhold til huset (13, 17) i en distal retning, - stempelstangen (12) omfatter et spor (37), der er i indgreb med drivdelen (20), således at en aksial bevægelse af stempelstangen (12) i forhold til drivdelen (20) er mulig, og en rotationsbevægelse af drivdelen (20) i forhold til huset (13, 17) omdannes til en rotationsbevægelse af stempelstangen (12) i forhold til huset (13, 17), og - dosisdelen (34) er i gevindindgreb med rotationsdelen (21).
2. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1, hvor annulleringsbanen (63) medfører en spiralformet bevægelse af dosisdelen (34) i forhold til huset (13, 17).
3. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 1, hvor annulleringsbanen (63) medfører en spiralformet bevægelse af dosisdelen (34) i forhold til huset (13,17) og en efterfølgende rotation af dosisdelen (34) i den første aksiale position (60).
4. Drivmekanisme ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, hvor indstillings-/dispenseringsbanen (62) er forbundet med annulleringsbanen (63) via en startbane (58), der er placeret mellem den anden aksiale position (61) og annulleringsbanen (63), og/eller via en slutbane (59), der er placeret mellem annulleringsbanen (63) og den første aksiale position (60).
5. Drivmekanisme ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, der yderligere omfatter: en indgrebsdel (50), der er tilvejebragt på rotationsdelen (21) eller på dosisdelen (34), idet dosisdelen (34) er i indgreb med rotationsdelen (21) via indgrebsdelen (50), der styres i et gevind (51).
6. Drivmekanisme ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, der yderligere omfatter: en knap-ind/ud-not (52) og en annulleringsnot (53), hvor dosisdelen (34) er i indgreb med huset (13, 17) ved hjælp af knap-ind/ud-noten (52) og annulleringsnoten (53), hvor knap-ind/ud-noten (52) er indrettet til at styre bevægelsen af dosisdelen (34) ad indstillings- /dispenseringsbanen (62), og annulleringsnoten (53) er indrettet til at styre bevægelsen af dosisdelen (34) ad annulleringsbanen (63).
7. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 6, der yderligere omfatter: mindst ét bumptræk (55, 55') på annulleringsnoten (53), hvilket bumptræk (55) hæmmer indgang i annulleringsbanen (63) eller udgang fra annulleringsbanen (63).
8. Drivmekanisme ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, der yderligere omfatter: at koblingsmidlet er dannet af en azimut-anbragt serie af rampetænder (24) på drivdelen (20) og en tilsvarende azimutanbragt yderligere serie af rampetænder (25) på rotationsdelen (21) .
9. Drivmekanisme ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, der yderligere omfatter: - en stopdel (26), der er rotationslåst med huset (13, 17), - hvilken stopdel (26) er i ensrettet rotationsindgreb med drivdelen (20) ved hjælp af et yderligere koblingsmiddel, der åbner mulighed for en rotation af drivdelen (20) , der frembringes ved en bevægelse af dosisdelen (34) fra den anden aksiale position (61) til den første aksiale position (60) ad indstillings-/dispenseringsbanen (62).
10. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 9, der yderligere omfatter: at det yderligere koblingsmiddel er dannet af en yderligere azimut-anbragt serie af rampetænder (28) på drivdelen (20) og en tilsvarende azimut-anbragt yderligere serie af rampetænder (27) på stopdelen (26) .
11. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 9 eller 10, der yderligere omfatter: en elastisk del (31), der udøver en kraft, der påvirker mod at holde drivdelen (20) og stopdelen (26) i kontakt og holde drivdelen (20) og rotationsdelen (21) i kontakt.
12. Drivmekanisme ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, hvor indstillings-/dispenseringsbanen (62) er aksialt rettet, og annulleringsbanen (63) er spiralsnoet.
13. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 12, hvor bevægelsen af dosisdelen (34) fra den anden aksiale position (61) til den første aksiale position (60) ad indstillings-/dispenseringsbanen (62) frembringer en aksial forskydning af stempelstangen (12) i forhold til huset (13, 17) med en fast forudbestemt afstand.
14. Drivmekanisme ifølge et af kravene 1 til 13, der yderligere omfatter: et ensrettet rotationsindgreb (56, 57) mellem dosisdelen (34) eller en knap (41), der er fastgjort til dosisdelen (34) og huset (13, 17), eller en indsats (46), der er fastgjort til huset.
15. Drivmekanisme ifølge krav 14, der yderligere omfatter: en klinkeindsats (66), der omfatter mindst én klinkehage (56), hvilken klinkeindsats (66) er rotationslåst med dosisdelen (34), og en klinke (57) på huset (13, 17) eller indsatsen (46), hvor klinkehagen (56) og klinken (57) tilvejebringer et ensrettet rotationsindgreb.
16. Lægemiddeldispenseringsanordning i form af en pentype-injektor, der omfatter en drivmekanisme ifølge et af kravene 1 til 15.
