Claims (6)

1. En kalciumfjernelsesfremgangsmåde karakteriseret ved tiiførlng af en opløsning indeholdende kalium eller/og natrium og kalcium og regenereringsvand til en ionbytningsharpiks for at adskille nævnte opløsning i en opløsning indeholdende kalium eller/og natriummet og en opløsning indeholdende kalcium, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter følgende trin: (a) tilvejebringelse af en ionbytningsharpiks fyldt op med vand, (b) indføring af opløsningen indeholdende kalium eller/og natrium og kalcium i ionbytningsharpiksen, (b') separering af opløsningen indeholdende kalium eller/og natrium og kalcium i en opløsning indeholdende kalium eller/og natrium og en opløsning indeholdende kalcium ved anvendelse af ionbytningsharpiksen uden tilsætning af kaliumcarbonat, (c) indføring af regenereringsvand ti! regenerering af ionbytningsharpiksen (35) og (d) selektivt at genvinde opløsningen indeholdende kalium eller/og natrium og opløsningen indeholdende kalcium fra væsken der gradvist og løbende udledes fra ionbytningsharpiksen efterhånden som tiden går (e) gentagelse af trin (b) til (d).
2. Kalciumfjernelsesfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte opløsning indeholdende kalium eller/og natrium og kalcium er et filtrat opnået ved vask-ning af klor-bypass-støv dannet ved en cementforbrændingsproces.
3. Kalciumfjernelsesfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor en mængde af filtratet tilført til ionbytningsharpiksen og en mængde af regenereringsvandet tilført til nævnte ionbytningsharpiks er justeret ti! at udligne en mængde af separeret kalciumholdigt vand til mængden af det tilførte filtrat.
4. Kalciumfjernelsesfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor en mængde af filtratet tilført til ionbytningsharpiksen og en mængde regenereringsvand tilført til nævnte ionbytningsharpiks er justeret ti! at forøge en mængde a? separeret kalciumholdigt vand fra mængden af det tilførte filtrat.
5. Kalciumfjernelsesfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3 eller 4, hvor mindst en udvalgt blandt gruppen bestående af: justering af mængden af filtratet tilført til ionbytningsharpiksen; justering af mængden af regenereringsvand tilført til ionbytningsharpiksen; og kontrol af timing til ændring af væsker udledt fra ionbytningsharpiksen er udført baseret på mindst et måleresultat udvalgt blandt gruppen bestående af: en kalcium- eller klorkoncentration; elektrisk konduktivitet og pH af et fluid, der er udledt fra ionbytningsharpiksen.
6. Kalciumfjernelsesfremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor opløsningen er et per-kolat fra et endelig bortskaffelsessted.
