Claims (15)
1. Medicinsk anordning (40) til indgreb i væv, hvilken medicinske anordning (40) omfatter: et hus (42), der definerer en indvendig passage og en længdegående akse, der strækker sig mellem en proksimal og distal ende af huset (42), hvilket hus (42) definerer en kæbestyreflade, en første ledstyreflade og en anden ledstyreflade, hvor hver af styrefladerne strækker sig i længderetningen mellem den proksimale og distale ende af styrefladerne; en første kæbe (44), der er glidbart og drejeligt forbundet til huset (42), hvilken første kæbe (44) har en proksimal og distal ende (64, 60), og hvilken første kæbe (44) modtages glidbart i den indvendige passage til længdegående bevægelse langs kæbestyrefladen; en anden kæbe (46), der er glidbart og drejeligt forbundet til huset (42), hvilken anden kæbe (46) har en proksimal og distal ende (66, 62), og hvilken anden kæbe (46) modtages glidbart i den indvendige passage til længdegående bevægelse langs kæbestyrefladen; et første led (68) med en første og anden ende, hvor den første ende er drejeligt forbundet til den første kæbe (44), og den anden ende er glidbart og drejeligt forbundet til huset (42) til længdegående bevægelse langs den første ledstyreflade; et andet led (70) med en første og anden ende, hvor den første ende er drejeligt forbundet til den anden kæbe (46), og den anden ende er glidbart og drejeligt forbundet til huset (42) til længdegående bevægelse langs den anden ledstyreflade; og en drivdel (48), der er operativt koblet til den første og anden kæbe (44, 46), hvor en længdegående bevægelse af drivdelen (48) bevæger den første og anden kæbe (44, 46) i længderetningen langs kæbestyrefladen og bevæger den anden ende af det første og andet led (68, 70) langs den første og anden ledstyreflade, og en længdegående bevægelse af drivdelen (48) roterer den første og anden kæbe (44, 46) i forhold til huset (42), når den anden ende af det første og andet led (68, 70) når den distale ende af den første og anden ledstyreflade.
2. Medicinsk anordning (40) ifølge krav 1, hvor den proksimale ende (64, 66) af den første og anden kæbe (44, 46) er glidbart og er drejeligt forbundet til huset (42).
