Claims (21)
1. Fremgangsmåde til adskillelse af den flydende del og de suspenderede materialer i et slam, der fødes i en kontinuerlig strøm med en strømningshastighed QEb = V/h, hvor V er et rumfang, i hvilket luft indsprøjtes med en strømningshastighed d, kendetegnet ved, at strømmen dannes af mindst to delstrømme (4), disse udslynges mod hinanden i et lukket rum (2, E) med rumfang v < V/20 til gennemstrømning under tryk, idet luften indsprøjtes i rummet, der holdes ved et tryk over en bestemt værdi, derpå filtreres eller dekanteres de suspenderede materialer fra den således behandlede strøm i en genvindingsbeholder (45), i hvilken den faste del (50) eller kagen falder ned i beholderens nedre del og skilles fra den flydende del, som kontinuerligt udtømmes.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at luften indsprøjtes med en strømningshastighed d > 1,5 QEB.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at luften indsprøjtes ved et tryk mellem 1,4 bar og 2,5 bar.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at strømmen indsprøjtes i rummet med rumfanget v < V/20 gennem to ens åbninger (5, 6; 22), som vender mod hinanden og er placeret i den nedre halvdel af rummet, idet luften indsprøjtes under disse åbninger, og strømmen i den øvre del udtømmes kontinuerligt eller med mellemrum.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at genvindingsbeholderen (45) tømmes uafbrudt med et overløb.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at v < V/50.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at v < V/100.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at strømningshastigheden QEB er større end eller lig med 15 m3/h, strømningshastigheden d er større end eller lig med 25 m3/h, og at det relative tryk i rummet er større end eller lig med 0,8 bar.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at strømningshastigheden QEb er større end eller lig med 20 m3/h, strømningshastigheden d er større end eller lig med 50 m3/h, og det relative tryk i rummet er større end 1,2 bar.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der til beholderens indre kontinuerligt sættes mindst ét flydende reagens (37) med en strømningshastighed g.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at reagenset tilsættes i beholderens turbulenszone i forhold mellem 0,05% og 0,1% af tørstofindholdet i slammet.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der ikke tilsættes noget flokkuleringsmiddel før og/eller i rummet.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at de udstrømmede materialer afgasses, når de forlader rummet, og de opnåede gasser anvendes til at forsyne indsprøjtningen af luft i den nedre del.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den opnåede kage oparbejdes og afvandes ved tørring, presning eller centrifugering for at opnå en størknet skive.
15. Størknet slamskive opnået ved fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at den har en porøsitet mellem 5% og 15%.
16. Indretning til adskillelse af den flydende del og de suspenderede materialer i et slam, der fødes i en kontinuerlig strøm med en strømningshastighed Qeb = V/h, hvor V er et rumfang, omfattende midler (11) til indfødning af luft med en strømningshastighed d og en genvindingsbeholder (45) og filtrering eller dekantering af den således behandlede strøm af suspenderede materialer samt midler (48) til kontinuerlig udtømning af den over bundfaldet stående flydende del til beholderens ydre, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter et lukket rum (2, E) med rumfang v < V/20, som omfatter mindst to ens, i rummets nedre del (23) anbragte åbninger, som vender mod hinanden, midler til udtagning af slammet og forsyning af rummet med strømmen af det således udtagne slam i mindst to delstrømme, som hver især indsprøjtes gennem én af de nævnte åbninger, idet midlerne til forsyning med luft med en strømningshastighed d er egnede til at indsprøjte luften i rummet under åbningerne, og midler til kontinuerligt eller med mellemrum at udtømme strømmen, idet trykket i rummet er højere end en bestemt tærskelværdi.
17. Indretning ifølge krav 16, kendetegnet ved, at strømmen udtømmes i den øvre del ved hjælp af en overtryksventil (42), som udløses, når tærskelværdien overskrides.
18. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 16 og 17, kendetegnet ved, at midlerne til kontinuerlig udtømning af den flydende, over bundfaldet stående del udgøres af en gravitationsoverløbsindretning.
19. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 16 til 18, kendetegnet ved, at v < V/50.
20. Indretning ifølge krav 19, kendetegnet ved, at v < V/100.
21. Indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 16 til 20, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter midler (36) til forsyning med et flydende reagens med en bestemt strømningshastighed direkte i rummet.
