Abstract
Procedimiento de separación entre la parte líquida y las materias en suspensión de un lodo alimentadas en flujo continuo con un caudal QEB >= V/hora, siendo V un volumen en el que se inyecta aire con un caudal d, caracterizado por que, estando el flujo formado por lo menos por dos flujos parciales (4), son proyectados uno sobre el otro en un recinto (2, E) cerrado de volumen v < V/20, de paso del flujo a presión, siendo el aire (10) inyectado en el recinto mantenido a una presión superior a un valor determinado, y después se filtran o se dejan decantar las materias en suspensión del flujo tratado de este modo en un recipiente (45) de recuperación en el que la parte sólida (50) o pastel cae a la parta baja del recipiente separándose de la parte líquida que se vacía en continuo.
