Claims (18)
1. Fremgangsmåde til klaring af en væske og/eller et slam ved behandling af kolloide strukturer indeholdt i den nævnte væske og/eller det nævnte slam tilført i en kontinuert strøm med en strømningshastighed QEb = VEB/time, idet VEB er et volumen, kendetegnet ved, at strømmen sprøjtes ind i et rum (2, E), hvilket rum er ved et positivt tryk i forhold til atmosfærisk tryk, hvilket rum er et rum til kontinuert eller semikontinuert passage af strømmen og har et volumen v < VEB/20, idet der samtidigt injiceres luft (10) ind i rummet med en strømningshastighed d, nedenunder indfødningen af strømmen i rummet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at strømmen er dannet af i det mindste to delstrømme, som sprøjtes den ene mod den anden.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at luften injiceres med en strømningshastighed d > 1,5 QEB.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at luften injiceres med et tryk på imellem 1,4 bar og 2,5 bar.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at strømmen injiceres i rummet (2, E) med et volumen v < VEB/20 igennem to identiske modstående åbninger (22), som vender imod hinanden og er placerede i den nedre halvdel (33) af rummet, idet luften injiceres under de nævnte åbninger, idet luft, vand og slammet udledes via den øvre del af rummet.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at v < Veb/50.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at v < VEB/100.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at i det mindste ét flydende reagens (37) tilføres kontinuerligt med en strømningshastighed g indvendigt i rummet (2, E).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at reagenset er et flokkulerings-middel, som tilføres i turbulenszonen i rummet i mængder imellem 0,05% og 0,1% af niveauet af tørstof indeholdt i slammet.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at strømningshastigheden QEb er større end eller lig med 15 m3/time, idet strømningshastigheden d er større end eller lig med 25 m3/time og at det relative tryk i rummet er større end eller lig med 0,8 bar.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at strømningshastigheden QEb er større end eller lig med 20 m3/time, idet strømningshastigheden d er større end eller lig med 50 m3/time og det relative tryk i rummet (2 E) er større end 1,2 bar.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 10 og 11, kendetegnet ved, at det flydende reagens er et organisk flokkuleringsmiddel af kationisk type.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at udstrømningerne afgasses ved udløbet fra rummet og de udvundne gasser anvendes til indføring af injektionen af luft i den nedre del.
14. Indretning (20) til behandling af kolloide strukturer indeholdt i en væske og/eller et slam, som tilføres i en kontinuert strøm med en strømningshastighed QEb = VEB/time, idet VEB er et volumen, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter et lukket rum (2, E) til passage af strømmen, med et volumen v < VEb/20, omfattende i det mindste to identiske modstående åbninger (22), som vender imod hinanden, som er placeret i den nedre halvdel (23) af rummet, organer (55) til at opsamle slammet og tilføre rummet strømmen af slam, som således er opsamlet, i i det mindste to delstrømme, som hver især injiceres via hver sin af de nævnte åbninger (22), organer (31) til at tilføre rummet luft (32) med en strømningshastighed d, nedenunder de nævnte åbninger, og organer (41, 42) til kontinuerligt eller semikontinuerligt at afgive den totale strøm, indrettet til at opretholde rummet ved et positivt tryk.
15. Indretning ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at strømmen afgives i den øvre del ved hjælp af en trykaflastningsventil (42), som udløses over en given tærskelværdi.
16. Indretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 14 og 15, kendetegnet ved, at v < VEB/50.
17. Indretning ifølge krav 16, kendetegnet ved, at v < VEb/100.
18. Indretning ifølge ethvert af kravene 14 til 17, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter organer (36) til at tilføre et flydende reagens (37) med en given strømningshastighed direkte ind i kammeret (2, E).
