2. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at den første krave (20) omfatter en fjerde klemme (20.5) til at gå i indgreb med en fjerde ribbe (7.18) på medbringeren (7) til kanyleindføring, hvor mindst den ene af den fjerde klemme (20.5) og fjerde ribbe (7.18) skråner til udadrettet afledning af den fjerde klemme (20.5) til afkobling af den fjerde klemme (20.5) fra den fjerde ribbe (7.18) under belastning af kontrolfjederen (19), hvor udadrettet afledning af den fjerde klemme (20.5) indledningsvis forhindres af hylsteret (12), hvor hylsteret (12) har mulighed for at translatere fra den fremskudte position i den distale retning (D) drevet af kontrolfjederen (19), når autoinjektoren (1) løftes fra injektionsstedet til derved translatering af en sjette forsænkning (12.7) i hylsteret udad bag den fjerde klemme (20.5) til således muliggørelse af udadrettet afledning til afkobling af den første krave (20) fra medbringeren (7) og efterfølgende muliggørelse af, at den første krave (20) kan støde op mod chassiset (2) .
3. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved: - en udløserknap (13), der er anbragt distalt eller lateralt i eller på hylsteret (12), en stempeludløsningsmekanisme (27), der er indrettet til udløsning af stemplet (9) til injektion, når medbringeren (7) har i det mindste næsten nået en injektionsdybde under kanyleindføring, - en kontrolmekanisme til sprøjtetilbagetrækning (25), der er indrettet til kobling af en distal ende af kontrolfjederen (19) til enten medbringeren (7) til kanyletilbagetrækning eller ellers til hylsteret (12).
4. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 3, der er kendetegnet ved, at stempeludløsningsmekanismen (27) omfatter mindst én fjedrende arm (15) på medbringeren (7) , der er indrettet, så den er i rampe-indgreb med stemplet (9) til afkobling af disse under belastning af drivfjederen (8) , hvor en tap (14) rager frem fra en distal endeflade af udløserknappen (13) i den proksimale retning (P) på en måde til understøtning af den fjedrende arm (15), hvilket forhindrer afkobling af medbringeren (7) fra stemplet (9) og således udløsning af drivfjederen (8) , når medbringeren (7) er i en distal position, hvor udløserknappen (13) er indrettet til at forblive i position i forhold til hylsteret (12), når medbringeren (7) translateres til fremføring af kanylen (4) , så den fjedrende arm (15) trækkes væk fra tappen (14) til således muliggørelse af afledning af den fjedrende arm (15) som følge af rampe-indgrebet under belastning af drivfjederen (8) til afkobling af stemplet (9) fra medbringeren (7) og udløsning af drivfjederen (8) til lægemiddelfremføring, når medbringeren (7) har nået en forudbestemt position under kanylefremføring.
5. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 3, der er kendetegnet ved, at stemplet (9) i stempeludløsningsmekanismen (27) i en indledende tilstand er låst til medbringeren (7) ved hjælp af et rampe-indgreb og ved at blive forhindret i at rotere ud af rampe-indgrebet afhængig af en relativ position i længderetningen af medbringeren (7) i hylsteret (12), hvor stemplet (9) er indrettet til at blive frigjort til rotering ud af rampe-indgrebet, når kanylen (4) når i det mindste næsten en forudbestemt injektionsdybde ved translation af medbringeren (7) i den proksimale retning (P) til fremføring af kanylen (4) forbi en proksimal ende af autoinjektoren (1).
6. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 5, der er kendetegnet ved, at medbringeren (7) har et længdegående hul (7.9), hvor et udadrettet fremspring (9.1) er anbragt på stemplet (9) på en måde, så det går i indgreb med en flade (7.8) på medbringeren (7) i hullet (7.9), hvor mindst den ene af det udadrettede fremspring (9.1) eller fladen (7.8) på medbringeren (7) skråner, så stemplet (9) tvinges til at rotere, når det translateres, hvor en indadrettet længdegående ribbe (21.5), der er forbundet til hylsteret (12), rager indad i det længdegående hul (7.9) på en måde, der forhindrer afkobling af det udadrettede fremspring (9.1) fra fladen (7.8) på medbringeren (7) før translation af medbringeren (7) til fremføring af kanylen (4), og hvor det udadrettede fremspring (9.1) kommer fri af den indadrettede længdegående ribbe (21.5) ved translation af medbringeren (7) til fremføring af kanylen (4), så den roterer forbi en proksimal ende af den indadrettede længdegående ribbe (21.5) som følge af dens rampe-indgreb med medbringeren (7) under belastning af drivfjederen (8).
7. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 6, der er kendetegnet ved, at den indadrettede længdegående ribbe (21.5) er anbragt på en anden krave (21), der er anbragt i hylsteret (12) og indledningsvis låst til hylsteret (12) til samlet aksial translation, hvor den anden krave (21) er en del af en kontrolmekanisme til sprøjtetilbagetrækning (25), hvor kontrolmekanismen til sprøjtetilbagetrækning (25) er indrettet til at koble fra hylsteret (12) og koble til medbringeren (7), når hylsteret (12) bevæges i den distale retning (D) fra en position med kanylen (4) i injektionsdybden, hvor en kontrolfjeder (19) er anbragt i hylsteret (12) omkring medbringeren (7), hvilken kontrolfjeder (19) virker mellem den anden krave (21) og en proksimal første krave (20) til påvirkning af hylsteret (12) eller medbringeren (7) i den distale retning (D).
8. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af kravene 3 til 7, der er kendetegnet ved, at den distalt anbragte udløserknap (13) mindst indlednings er koblet til medbringeren (7), hvor hylsteret (12) er indrettet til at støde op mod udløserknappen (13) i den indledende tilstand, hvilket forhindrer nedtrykning af udløserknappen (13), hvor udløserknappen (13) ved translation af hylsteret (12) til den fremskudte position forbliver koblet til medbringeren (7) og således dukker frem fra hylsteret (12) til muliggørelse af nedtrykning af udløserknappen (13) .
9. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af kravene 3 til 8, der er kendetegnet ved, at kontrolmekanismen til sprøjtetilbagetrækning (25) omfatter en anden krave (21), der ligger op mod den distale ende af kontrolfjederen (19) og har en fjedrende proksimal bjælke (21.1) med et andet bjælkehoved (21.2), der har en indadrettet knap (21.3), hvor det andet bjælkehoved (21.2) er indrettet til at være i rampe-indgreb med en anden hylstergriber (12.2) i hylsteret (12) på en måde, hvor det andet bjælkehoved (21.1) skråner i retningen indad (I) under belastning af kontrolfjederen (19) i den distale retning (D) , hvor den indadrettede knap (21.3) er indrettet til indad at støde op mod medbringeren (7) til forhindring af indadrettet afledning af det andet bjælkehoved (21.1) og holde den anden krave (21) låst til hylsteret (12), hvor en tredje forsænkning (7.7) er anbragt i medbringeren (7) til muliggørelse af, at den indadrettede knap (21.3) kan afledes indad ved translation af hylsteret (12) i den distale retning (D) i forhold til medbringeren (7).

Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af kravene 3 til 7 eller 9, der er kendetegnet ved, at udløserknappen (13) er anbragt distalt, hvor hylsteret (12) er indrettet som en overfaldsmuffeudløser med en lukket distal endeflade (12.10), der dækker udløserknappen (13), hvor der i en indledende tilstand tilvejebringes et frirum (33) mellem den distale endeflade (12.10) af muffeudløseren (12) og udløserknappen (13) til muliggørelse af en vis vandring af muffeudløseren (12) mod påvirkningen af kontrolfjederen (19) i den proksimale retning (P) i en første fase, før den støder mod udløserknappen (13) .
11. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt en udløselig støj komponent (28), der ved udløsning er i stand til at frembringe et hørligt og/eller føleligt feedback til en bruger, hvor støj komponenten (28) er indrettet til at blive udløst, når stemplet (9) når en position i forhold til sprøjten (3), hvor proppen (4) er placeret i nærheden af en proksimal ende af sprøjten (3), og hvor den udløste støj komponent (28) påvirker en huskomponent (12, 13).
12. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge krav 11, der er kendetegnet ved, at huskomponenten i autoinjektoren (1) omfatter mindst en del af chassiset (2), hylsteret (12), udløserknappen (13), medbringeren (7) og/eller stemplet (9).
13. Autoinjektor (1) ifølge et af ovennævnte krav, der er kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt en visuel brugsindikator, der omfatter mindst ét indikatorvindue (32) i hylsteret (12), hvor en del af chassiset (2) er indrettet til at blive placeret bag indikatorvinduet (32), når hylsteret (12) er i dets distale position, der påvirkes af kontrolfjederen (19), hvor en tap (20.4) på den første krave (20) placeres udad fra delen af chassiset (2), efter at kraven (20) er blevet translateret i den proksimale retning (P) under kanyleindføring, hvor tappen (20.4) og delen af chassiset (2) fremviser et visuelt særskilt træk.
14.
