Claims (6)
- FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL SEPARATION AF FINT KATALYSATORMATERIALE FRA EN OLIESTRØM1. Fremgangsmåde til separation af fint katalysatormateriale fra en oliestrøm, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin; i centrifugalseparatoren, separation af fint katalysatormateriale fra en olietilgangsstrøm, generering af en strøm af oprenset olie, opnåelse af et NMR-svarsignal fra et NMR-apparat relateret til mængden af fint katalysatormateriale i den oprensede oliestrøm, når NMR-svarsignalet indikerer en øget mængde af fint katalysatormateriale i den oprensede oliestrøm, justering af mindst ét parameter for separationsprocessen i skillecentrifugen for således at øge resultatet af separation af fint katalysatormateriale fra oliestrømmen, hvor separationsprocessens parameter justeres ved at initiere tilsætning af eller forøgelse af mængden af separationshjælpemiddel til olietilgangsstrømmen, og hvor separationshjælpemidlet er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af vand, en vandholdig elektrolyt, såsom en uorganisk eller organisk syre, et flydende polymerseparationshjælpemiddel eller kombinationer deraf.
- 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor separationsprocessens parameter justeres ved at reducere oliens strømningshastighed gennem separatoren.
- 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor separationsprocessens parameter justeres ved at øge oliens temperatur.
- 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor separationshjælpemidlet omfatter polyethylenglycol med en molekylvægt på 100-300 dalton.
- 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor NMR-svarsignalet er afledt af 29Si- og/eller 27Al-spektre opnået ved hjælp af NMR-apparatet.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor et andet NMR-svarsignal relateret til mængden af fint katalysatormateriale i olietilgangsstrømmen opnås fra et NMR-apparat, og hvor, når det andet NMR-svarsignal indikerer en øget mængde af fint katalysatormateriale i olietilgangsstrømmen, mindst ét parameter for separationsprocessen i skillecentrifugen justeres for således at øge resultatet af separation af fint katalysatormateriale fra oliestrømmen.
