2. Isoleret nukleinsyremolekyle, der omfatter en nukleotidsekvens, der koder for cytomegalovirus IL-10 protein ifølge krav 1.

6. Cytomegalovirus IL-10 protein ifølge krav 1, nukleinsyremolekyle ifølge krav 2, vektor ifølge krav 3 og/eller sammensætning ifølge krav 5, i en hvilken som helst kombination, til anvendelse i forebyggelse eller svækkelse af en primær cytomegalovirus-infektion.
7. Cytomegalovirus IL-10 protein ifølge krav 1, nukleinsyremolekyle ifølge krav 2, vektor ifølge krav 3 og/eller sammensætning ifølge krav 4, i en hvilken som helst kombination, til anvendelse i reduktion af risikoen for cytomegalovirus-infektion hos en transplantatmodtager eller til reduktion af risikoen for cytomegalovirus-infektion hos et immunkompromitteret eller immunsupprimeret individ.
8.
