Claims (5)
1. Apparat til at undersøge eller behandle et menneskeligt øje, hvilket apparat omfatter en øjentracker (12) til at optage ø j enbevægelser og til at udgive et signal, som er repræsentativt for de optagede øjenbevægelser, hvilken øjetracker (12) omfatter et interferometrisk billedoptagelsesapparat (14), der er konfigureret til at optage, med en tidsmæssig opløsning, snitbilleder af øjet og som fungere på basis af todimensionel eller tredimensionel optisk kohærenstomografi, og et evalueringsmodul, der kun bestemmer øjenbevægelserne fra snitbillederne alene, kendetegnet ved, at det interferometriske billedoptagelsesapparat (14) er konfigureret til at optage mindst et snitbillede af øjet, som repræsenterer et snit langs kanten af øjets iris.
2. Apparatet ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det interferometriske billedoptagelsesapparat (14) er konfigureret til at optage to indbyrdes ortogonale snitbilleder af øjet, hvilke snitbilleder hver repræsenterer et snit i det væsentlige langs øjets synsakse.
3. Apparatet ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at det omfatter komponenter (28, 34) til at tilvejebringe en fokuseret behandlings-laserstråle og til at dirigere denne på øjet, og ved et styrearrangement (36), der er konfigureret til at indstille brændpunktet for behandlingslaserstrålen afhængigt af signalet, som er repræsentativt for de optagne øjenbevægelser.
4. Fremgangsmåde til at undersøge et menneskeligt øje, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: at optage, med en tidsmæssig opløsning, snitbilleder af øjet på basis af tredimensionel optisk kohærenstomografi, at bestemme øjenbevægelser kun fra snitbillederne, og at udsende et signal, der er repræsentativt for de optagede øj enbevægelser, kendetegnet ved, at der, ved optagelse af snitbillederne, optages mindst et snitbillede af øjet, der repræsenterer et snit langs kanten af øjets iris.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at der, ved optagelse af snitbillederne, optages mindst to gensidigt ortogonale snitbilleder, hvilke gensidigt ortogonale snitbilleder hver repræsenterer et snit hovedsageligt langs øjets synsakse.
