Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til isolering af nativt protein fra oliefrømel eller oliefrø-oliekage, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: • ekstraktion af melet med vand for at opnå en vandig opløsning; • koncentrering af den vandige ekstrakt til en vandig opløsning, som omfatter 5 til 30 vægtprocent protein, fortrinsvis 10 til 30 vægtprocent protein; • tilsætning af et vandopløseligt opløsningsmiddel til den koncentrerede vandige opløsning for at opnå et proteinbundfald, hvorved det vandopløselige opløsningsmiddel er ethanol, og hvilket ethanol tilsættes til et endeligt indhold på mellem 60 og 80 volumenprocent; og • separation af proteinbundfaldet fra væskefraktionen.
