Claims (10)
1. Stentindgivelsessystem (12) omfattende: en distal indfangningsindretning (54) omfattende: en muffe (56) med en proksimal ende (58), en modsat distal ende (60) og en passage (62) defineret aksialt derigennem; og mindst et elastisk deformerbart afsnit (64), hvor hver af det mindst ene elastisk deformerbare afsnit har en fri afsluttende ende (68) og en modsat ende (66); kendetegnet ved at den modsatte ende af det elastisk deformerbare afsnit er monteret på den distale ende af muffen, og at det mindst ene elastisk deformerbare afsnit overgår mellem: (i) en fuldt udvidet tilstand hvor det mindst ene elastisk deformerbare afsnit er distalt forspændt i en retning væk fra muffen; og (ii) en tilbagetrukken tilstand hvor den frie afsluttende ende af hver af det mindst ene elastisk deformerbare afsnit er proksimalt afbøjet bagover sig selv i en retning mod muffens proksimale ende; hvor indgivelsessystemet endvidere omfatter et kerneelement (26), der forskydeligt kan modtages inden i passagen i muffen på den distale indfangningsindretning; et indgivelseskateter (14) med en proksimal ende (18), en modsat distal ende (22) og et hulrum (16) defineret aksialt derigennem til at modtage den distale indfangningsindretning og kerneelementet; og en selv-udvidende stent (10) med en proksimal ende (48) og en modsat distal ende (50); idet den distale ende af stent overlapper den proksimale ende af muffen i den distale indfangningsindretning, hvor i den tilbagetrukne tilstand den frie afsluttende ende begrænser den distale ende af stenten radialt.
2. Indgivelsessystem ifølge krav 1, hvor den distale indfangningsindretning ikke er fastgjort på stenten.
3. Indgivelsessystem ifølge krav 1, hvor den distale indfangningsindretning har en flerhed af elastisk deformerbare afsnit (64).
4. Indgivelsessystem ifølge krav 3, hvor den distale indfangningsindretning har tre elastisk deformerbare afsnit (64).
5. Indgivelsessystem ifølge krav 1, hvor muffen er fremstillet af et ikke-elastisk deformerbart materiale.
6. Indgivelsessystem ifølge krav 1, hvor det mindst ene elastisk deformerbare afsnit af den distale indfangningsindretning i den fuldt udvidede tilstand er distalt forspændt, når det ikke er underkastet nogen som helst ekstern tilbagetrækningskraft i en retning mod muffens proksimale ende.
7. Indgivelsessystem ifølge krav 1, hvor det mindst ene elastisk deformerbare afsnit af den distale indfangningsindretning er i den tilbagetrukne tilstand proksimalt afbøjet når dens frie afsluttende ende er underkastet en ekstern tilbagetrækningskraft i en retning mod muffens proksimale ende.
8. Indgivelsessystem ifølge krav 1, hvor det mindst ene elastisk deformerbare afsnit kun overgår fra den fuldt udvidede tilstand til den tilbagetrukne tilstand når den frie afsluttende ende er underkastet en ekstern tilbagetrækkende kraft i en retning mod muffens proksimale ende.
9. Indgivelsessystem ifølge krav 1, hvor en udvendig diameter på muffen er mindre end en åbning (8) defineret aksialt gennem den selv-udvidende stent.
10. Indgivelsessystem ifølge krav 1, hvor det mindst ene elastisk deformerbare afsnit er en sløjfe eller en flap.
