Claims (15)
1. Mengestoker til påfyldning af satsmaterialer i en glassmelteovn på et niveau under niveauet for det smeltede glas, der omfatter: - en konstruktion med en tromle (1) og et mekanisk transportsystem (2) til transport af satsmaterialer, hvor systemet er anbragt i tromlen; - et hoved, der er aftageligt fastgjort til enden af tromlen, med en skydeportdæmper (3), og en rørforbindelsesdel (4) fastgjort til skydeportdæmperen og beregnet til at være mindst delvist indsat i den påfyldningsåbning, der er placeret i væggen på ovnens tank, hvor skydeportdæmperen (3) og forbindelsesdelen (4) omfatter et system med indvendige kanaler (5), som kan forbindes med en kølevæskekilde.
2. Mengestoker ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det mekaniske transportsystem (2) er et stempel eller en snekkeskrue, og fortrinsvis en snekkeskrue.
3. Mengestoker ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 og 2, kendetegnet ved, at rørforbindelsesdelen (4) har en stort set konisk indvendig overflade, som tilspidses ffa den ende, der skaber kontakt med skydeportdæmperen (3), mod enden et stykke fra dæmperen.
4. Mengestoker ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at åbningsvinklen på den afkortede konus på forbindelsesdelens indvendige overflade er mellem 7 og 13°, nærmere bestemt mellem 8 og 12°, og ideelt set mellem 9 og 10°.
5. Mengestoker ifølge ethvert af kravene fra 2 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at den er udviklet således, at spidsen på snekkeskruen (2) under drift ikke strækker sig længere end tromlen og ikke skærer skydeportdæmperens (3) lukkeplan.
6. Mengestoker ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at skydeportdæmperen omfatter en fast del (7) og en bevægelig del (6), hvor i det mindste den bevægelige del (6) omfatter et system med indvendige kanaler, der kan forbindes med en kølevæskekilde.
7. Mengestoker ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at hverken tromlen (1) eller det mekaniske transportsystem (2) omfatter et aktivt kølesystem som eksempelvis et system med kanaler, der kan forbindes med en kølevæskekilde.
8. Mengestoker ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at rørforbindelsesdelens (4) indvendige diameter afviger fra den indvendige diameter på mengestokerens tromle med højst 20 % og fortrinsvis med højst 10 %.
9. Installation til smeltning af glas, der omfatter: - en glassmelteovn med en påfyldningsåbning (10) placeret i ovnens tankvæg under glassets teoretiske niveau, hvilket niveau er defineret af positionen af det smeltede materiales overløb; og - en mengestoker ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor forbindelsesdelen (4) på mengestokeren er mindst delvist indsat i ovnens påfyldningsåbning (10).
10. Installation til smeltning af glas ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at ovnen omfatter forsænkede brændere.
11. Proces til smeltning af glas ved hjælp af en installation ifølge ethvert af kravene 9 og 10.
12. Proces til smeltning af glas ifølge krav 11, der omfatter: - tilførsel, fortrinsvis kontinuerligt, af satsmateriale i en glassmelteovn gennem en påfyldningsåbning (10), der er placeret i væggen på ovnens tank, under niveauet for det smeltede glas, ved hjælp af en mengestoker i følge ethvert af kravene ffa 1 til 7, hvor mengestokerens hoved er forbundet via rørforbindelsesdelen (4) med påfyldningsåbningen (10) på en sådan måde, at satsmaterialeme kommer ind i ovnen, via den åbne skydeportdæmper (3) og rørforbindelsesdelen (4), på et niveau under niveauet for det smeltede glas; og - køling, fortrinsvis kontinuerligt, af mengestokerens hoved ved at lade en kølevæske strømme gennem systemerne med indvendige kanaler (5) i skydeportdæmperen (3) og forbindelsesdelen (4).
13. Glassmelteproces ifølge ethvert af kravene 11 og 12, kendetegnet ved, at den endvidere omfatter, når det er påkrævet, lukning af skydeportdæmperen (3) og adskillelse af selve mengestokeren fra hovedet på sidstnævnte, hvor hovedet forbliver sikkert fastgjort til ovnen.
14. Glassmelteproces ifølge kravene 11 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at satsmaterialeme omfatter materialer til genbrug, fortrinsvis mineralfibre.
15. Glassmelteproces ifølge ethvert af kravene 11 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen af satsmaterialeme indeholder mindst 2 wt %, fortrinsvis fra 5 wt % til 50 wt %, og nærmere bestemt fra 10 wt % til 40 wt % af organiske komponenter.
