Claims (65)

  1. P a t e n t k r a v
    1. Patronsystem (100) omfattende: et patronhus (102) omfattende: mindst ét prøveindløb (114); en flerhed af lagerkamre (116); en flerhed af reaktionskamre (216); og et fluidnetværk, der forbinder det mindst ene prøveindløb (114), i det mindste en del af flerheden af lagerkamre (116) og i det mindste en del af flerheden af reaktionskamre (216) med en første flerhed af porte (210) placeret på en indre overflade af patronhuset (102); og et hult overførselsmodul (104) anbragt inden i patronhuset (102), der omfatter en eftergivelig kappe (108) omkring et hus (110), og en anden flerhed af porte (312) langs en ydre overflade af overførselsmodulet (104), som fører til et centralt kammer (316) af overførselsmodulet (104), hvor overførselsmodulet (104) er indrettet til at bevæge sig sideværts langs en længde af patronhuset (102), hvor sideværts bevægelse af overførselsmodulet (104) justerer mindst en del af den første flerhed af porte (210) med i det mindste en del af den anden flerhed af porte (312).

  39. 39. Overførselsmodul (104) ifølge krav 38, hvor en fluidstrøm forekommer enten ind i eller ud af det centrale kammer (316) via en eller flere af flerheden af porte, når ét af flerheden af ventilområder er under tryk.

  54. 54. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 53, hvorved måling omfatter optisk måling af et fluorescenssignal.
  55. 55. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 53, hvorved måling omfatter optisk måling af en absorbans.
