Claims (65)
- P a t e n t k r a v1. Patronsystem (100) omfattende: et patronhus (102) omfattende: mindst ét prøveindløb (114); en flerhed af lagerkamre (116); en flerhed af reaktionskamre (216); og et fluidnetværk, der forbinder det mindst ene prøveindløb (114), i det mindste en del af flerheden af lagerkamre (116) og i det mindste en del af flerheden af reaktionskamre (216) med en første flerhed af porte (210) placeret på en indre overflade af patronhuset (102); og et hult overførselsmodul (104) anbragt inden i patronhuset (102), der omfatter en eftergivelig kappe (108) omkring et hus (110), og en anden flerhed af porte (312) langs en ydre overflade af overførselsmodulet (104), som fører til et centralt kammer (316) af overførselsmodulet (104), hvor overførselsmodulet (104) er indrettet til at bevæge sig sideværts langs en længde af patronhuset (102), hvor sideværts bevægelse af overførselsmodulet (104) justerer mindst en del af den første flerhed af porte (210) med i det mindste en del af den anden flerhed af porte (312).
- 2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor patronhuset (102) endvidere omfatter en flerhed af behandlingskamre, og hvor fluidnetværket også forbinder i det mindste en del af flerheden af behandlingskamre med den første flerhed af porte (210).

- 30. System ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst en af den anden flerhed af porte (312) er placeret i det væsentlige ved et laveste punkt i det centrale kammer (316).
- 31. System ifølge krav 30, hvor vægge i det centrale kammer (316) er skrånende for derved at afdræne en væske tilstrækkeligt i det centrale kammer (316) gennem den mindst ene af den anden flerhed af porte (312).
- 32. System ifølge krav 1, hvor patronhuset (102) endvidere omfatter et filter koblet til fluidnetværket.
- 33. System ifølge krav 32, hvor filteret er en silikat-matrice eller omfatter en flerhed af silika-perler.

- 35. System ifølge krav 1, hvor patronhuset (102) endvidere omfatter en flerhed af væskefølsomme områder.
- 36. System ifølge krav 35, hvorved en tilstedeværelse af væske detekteres ved de væskefølsomme områder under anvendelse af en optisk sensor.

Overførselsmodul (104), der er hensigtsmæssigt til anvendelse i systemet ifølge krav 1 og konfigureret til at opbevare og transportere flydende prøver, hvor overførselsmodulet (104) omfatter: et indre hus, der omslutter et centralt kammer (316); en eftergivelig kappe (108) dannet omkring det indre hus, hvilken kappe (108) omfatter: mønstrede højdekamme langs den ydre overflade af kappen (108), hvor de mønstrede højdekamme er konfigureret til at definere en flerhed af ventilområder langs den ydre overflade af kappen (108), når overførselsmodulet (104) er anbragt inden i en omslutning, der kommer i kontakt med de mønstrede højdekamme; og en flerhed af porte, der strækker sig gennem kappen (108) og det indre hus ind i det centrale kammer (316), hvor et af flerheden af ventilområder er konfigureret til at blive trykt separat fra andre områder i flerheden af ventilområder.
- 39. Overførselsmodul (104) ifølge krav 38, hvor en fluidstrøm forekommer enten ind i eller ud af det centrale kammer (316) via en eller flere af flerheden af porte, når ét af flerheden af ventilområder er under tryk.
- 40. Overførselsmodul (104) ifølge krav 38, hvor de mønstrede højdekamme er yderligere konfigureret til at definere et område på ydersiden af kappen (108), som er justeret med mindst to porte i et hus, der i det væsentlige omgiver overførselsmodulet og tillader væske at strømme mellem de mindst to porte.

Fremgangsmåde til anvendelse af systemet ifølge krav 1, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: sideværts bevægelse af et overførselsmodul til at justere en første port af overførselsmodulet med et centralt kammer (316) med en port i et første kammer; sugning af en prøve ind i det centrale kammer (316) fra det første kammer via en første trykforskel; sideværts bevægelse af overførselsmodulet for at justere en anden port i overførselsmodulet med en port i et andet kammer; og sugning af prøven ind i det andet kammer fra det centrale kammer (316) via en anden trykforskel.
- 50. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 49, der yderligere omfatter blanding af prøven indført i det første kammer med en buffer placeret i det første kammer.
- 51. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 49, der yderligere omfatter blanding af prøven suget ind i det centrale kammer (316) fra det første kammer med en væske, som allerede er til stede i det centrale kammer (316).
- 52. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 49, der yderligere omfatter indføring af prøven i det første kammer via en svaberpind, der bærer prøven.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 49, der yderligere omfatter: behandling af prøven i det andet kammer; sugning af prøven ind i det centrale kammer (316) fra det andet kammer via en tredje trykforskel; sideværts bevægelse af overførselsmodulet for at justere den anden port af overførselsmodulet med en port i et tredje kammer; sugning af prøven ind i det tredje kammer fra det centrale kammer (316) via en fjerde trykforskel; og måling af en eller flere kvaliteter af prøven, mens denne befinder sig i det tredje kammer.
- 54. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 53, hvorved måling omfatter optisk måling af et fluorescenssignal.
- 55. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 53, hvorved måling omfatter optisk måling af en absorbans.
- 56. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 53, der yderligere omfatter opvarmning af prøven efter enten sugning af prøven ind i det andet kammer eller sugning af prøven ind i det tredje kammer.
- 57. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 49, der yderligere omfatter gentagelse af sideværts bevægelse af overførselsmodulet til at justere den første port af overførselsmodulet med forskellige porte i et eller flere kamre.

- 63. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 49, hvorved sugning af prøven ind i det andet kammer omfatter, at prøven strømmer gennem et filter.
