Claims (14)
1. Oplægningshoved til fremstilling af fiberlag og strukturelle komponentpræforme ud fra fibre, der omfatter en indgang (20e), der er indrettet til at indføre en flerhed aftørre rovings (33; R1, R2 ). en fiberfremføringsindretning (20f) til samtidig og gensidigt uafhængig fremføring af rovings (33; R1, R2 ...), som er indført via indgangen (20e), i en fibertilførselsretning (V), en udgang (20a), der i fibertilførselsretningen (V) er anbragt nedstrøms i forhold til fiberfremføringsindretningen (20f) og indrettet til samtidig oplægning af en flerhed af rovings (33; R1, R2 ...) på en arbejdsemnebærer (40) til dannelse af en tredimensionel præform (31), en fiberskæreindretning (21,21 i, 21j), som i fibertilførselsretningen (V) er tilvejebragt nedstrøms i forhold til fiberfremføringsindretningen (20f) og opstrøms i forhold til udgangen (20a) og indrettet til at skære rovings (33; R1, R2 ...), og en dyse (22, 22i, 22j) til påføring af et medium på rovings (33; R1, R2 ...), hvor dysen (22, 22i, 22j) til påføring af mediet på rovings (33; R1, R2 ...) og til indføring af mediet i rovings (33; R1, R2 ...) er tilpasset til, at dysen omfatter en slidseformet gennemgangsspalte (22s), der strækker sig i et slidseplan (1-b) og i en tykkelsesretning (d), som er vinkelret på slidseplanet (1-b), har en højde (s) svarende til højden af en tør roving (33; R1, R2 ...) i tykkelsesretningen (d) plus en lille overmåling, der er valgt således, at der frembringes et imprægneringstryk for at presse mediet ind i rovingen.
2. Oplægningshoved ifølge krav 1, hvor dysen (22, 22i, 22j) i tilførselsretningen (V) er anbragt nedstrøms i forhold til fiberfremføringsindretningen (20f).
3. Oplægningshoved ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor dysen (22, 22i, 22j) i tilførselsretningen (V) er anbragt opstrøms i forhold til fiberskæreindretningen (21,21 i, 21 j).
4. Oplægningshoved ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor rovings (33; R1, R2 ...) føres ind i dysen (22) via en føringsbane (22b).
5. Oplægningshoved ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor dysen (22, 22i, 22j) omfatter en slidseformet gennemgangsspalte (22s) for hver roving af flerheden af rovings (33; R1, R2 ...).
6. Oplægningshoved ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor en pressevalse (20r) er anbragt ved udgangen (20a).
7. Oplægningshoved ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor en opvarmningsindretning (25, 25i1,25i2, 25j1,25j2) i tilførselsretningen (V) er anbragt nedstrøms i forhold til fiberskæreindretningen (21,21 i, 21j).
8. Oplægningshoved ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor en køleindretning (23, 23i, 23j) i tilførselsretningen (V) er anbragt nedstrøms i forhold til dysen (22, 22i, 22j) og opstrøms i forhold til skæreindretningen (21,21 i, 21 j).
9. Oplægningshoved ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor en mellemliggende fremføringsindretning (24, 24i, 24j) i tilførselsretningen (V) er anbragt nedstrøms i forhold til dysen (22, 22i, 22j).
10. Oplægningshoved ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor dysen (22, 22i, 22j) er indrettet til en tosidet påføring og indføring af mediet på/i rovings.
11. Oplægningshoved ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 10, hvor opvarmningsindretningen omfatter en endeopvarmning (25i1,25j1) til genopvarmning af mediet, der er påført på rovings (33; R1, R2 ...) og indført i rovings, hvilken endeopvarmning i tilførselsretningen (V) er anbragt opstrøms i forhold til og støder op til pressevalsen (20r).
12. Oplægningshoved ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 11, hvor en flerhed af tilførselsveje (P1, P2) til flerheden aftørre rovings (33), som indføres gennem indgangen (20e), er tilvejebragt på en sådan måde, at de tørre rovings opdeles i grupper (Ri, Rj), og at derfor hver af grupperne, som tilføres udgangen (20a) via de separate tilførselsveje (P1, P2), er tilvejebragt en tilsvarende dyse (22i, 22j), skæreindretning (21 i, 21 j) og eventuelt en tilsvarende køleindretning (23i, 23j), mellemliggende fremføringsindretning (24i, 24j) og opvarmningsindretning (25i1,25i2, 25j1,25j2).
13. Oplægningshoved ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, hvor dysen (22, 22i, 22j) er indrettet til et medium, der er valgt fra et klæbemiddel til fastgørelse af rovings, et bindemiddel til forbindelse af rovings og en harpiks til imprægnering af rovings.
14. Indretning til dannelse af en præform (31) til et konstruktionselement af et fiber-kompositmateriale med en arbejdsemnebærer (40), et oplægningshoved (20) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13 til oplægning af et fibersæt (30) af rovings (33) på arbejdsemnebæreren (40) og en overførselsindretning til overførsel af præformen (31) fra arbejdsemnebæreren (40) til et efterfølgende fremstillingstrin.
