Claims (12)
1. Rotorvingeanordning (50) til en vindmølle (10), hvor rotorvingeanordningen (50) omfatter: en rotorvinge (20), der inkluderer et legeme, der strækker sig mellem en vingerod (46) og en vingespids (24); et pitchleje (52) omfattende en yderring (54), en inderring (56), og en flerhed af rulleelementer mellem yderringen (54) og inderringen (56) således at inderringen (56) er roterbar i forhold til yderringen (54), hvor inderringen (56) er koblet til vingeroden (46) igennem en rodfastgørelsesanordning (40), yderringen (54) er konfigureret til at koble til et nav af vindmøllen (10); og mindst en underlagsplade (100) konfigureret mellem inderringen (56) og vingeroden, hvor underlagspladen (100) er konfigureret til at dæmpe belastninger i pitchlejet (52) induceret deri af nævnte rotorvinge (20), kendetegnet ved at nævnte mindst ene underlagsplade (100) omfatter modstående konisk-hældende langsgående kanter (104, 204).
2. Rotorvingeanordningen (50) ifølge krav 1, hvor inderringen (56) omfatter en øverste overflade, der definerer en radial dimension, hvor underlagspladen (100) har en bredde, der er lig med eller mindre end den radiale dimension.
3. Rotorvingeanordningen (50) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende en flerhed af underlagsplader (100) anbragt med afstand periferisk omkring inderringen (56), hvor flerheden af underlagsplader (100) er fastgjort mellem inderringen (56) og vingeroden (46).
4. Rotorvingeanordningen (50) ifølge krav 3, hvor mindst en af underlagspladerne (100) er placeret på en trykside af pitchlejet (52) tilsvarende en tryksideoverflade af rotorvingen (20) og mindst en af underlagspladerne (100) er placeret på en sugningsside af pitchlejet (52) tilsvarende en sugningssideoverflade af rotorvingen (20).
5. Rotorvingeanordningen (50) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende mindst en underlagsplade (100) mellem yderringen (54) og navet.
6. Rotorvingeanordningen (50) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den mindst ene underlagsplade (100) omfatter en base og mindst en tilspidset kant.
7. Rotorvingeanordningen (50) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den mindst ene underlagsplade (100) omfatter et eller flere gennemgående huller, hvor hvert af de gennemgående huller svarer til en af en rodbolt af vingeroden eller en navbolt af navet, hvor de gennemgående huller er konfigureret til at koble underlagspladen mellem en af inderringen og vingeroden eller yderringen og navet.
8. Rotorvingeanordningen (50) ifølge krav 7, hvor den mindst ene underlagsplade (100) omfatter et eller flere segmenter, hvor hvert af segmenterne omfatter en slids, hvor slidserne af hvert segment danner de gennemgående huller, når segmenterne er forbundet.
9. Rotorvingeanordningen (50) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den mindst ene underlagsplade (100) yderligere omfatter en tilspidset radial kant.
10. Fremgangsmåde (500) til at dæmpe belastninger i et pitchleje (52) afen vindmølle (10), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at tilvejebringe (502) en rotorvinge (20) konfigureret til at koble til et nav afen vindmølle (10) via pitchlejet (52), hvor pitchlejet (52) omfatter en yderring (54) og en inderring (52); at identificere (504) mindst en position på pitchlejet (52), der oplever en belastning; at installere (506) mindst en underlagsplade (100) ved den identificerede position, hvor nævnte mindst ene underlagsplade (100) omfatter modstående konisk-hældende langsgående kanter (104, 204); og at fastgøre (508) rotorvingen (20) til navet af vindmøllen (10) via pitchlejet (52) og en rodfastgørelsesanordning (40) således at underlagspladen (100) dæmper belastningen i pitchlejet under drift af vindmøllen (10) induceret deri af nævnte rotorvinge (20).
11. Fremgangsmåden (500) ifølge krav 10, yderligere omfattende at dimensionere underlagspladen (100) til at akkommodere belastningen.
12. Fremgangsmåden (500) ifølge krav 10 eller krav 11, hvor belastningen er repræsentativ for mindst en af kuglelejekontaktspændinger, vingerod resulterende momenter, eller hårde trykpunkter.
