Claims (12)
1. Medicinsk anordning til anvendelse til behandling af en absceshule hos et pattedyr, hvilken anordning omfatter: (a) en stikprop, der omfatter en skivedel og flere ben, der er fastgjort til skivedelen, hvilken skivedel og hvilke ben er konfigureret til implantation i absceshulen, hvor skivedelen og benene er lavet af fast biokompatibelt matrixfyldmateriale, og (b) et terapeutisk middel, hvor det terapeutiske middel er bundet til det faste biokompatible matrixfyldmateriale.
2. Medicinsk anordning ifølge krav 1, hvor pattedyret er et menneske.
3. Medicinsk anordning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor absceshulen er en fistel.
4. Medicinsk anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1 til 3, hvor fistlen er en anal fistel.
5. Medicinsk anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 1 til 4, hvor det terapeutiske middel er a) et stamcellemateriale; eller b) et trombocytderivatmateriale.
6. Medicinsk anordning ifølge krav 5, hvor stamcellematerialet er fedtafledte stamceller, og de fedtafledte stamceller er absorberet i det faste biokompatible matrixfyldmateriale .
7. Fremgangsmåde til opnåelse af en medicinsk anordning til anvendelse til behandling af en absceshule hos et pattedyr, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: (a) tilvejebringelse af en stikprop, der omfatter en skivedel og flere ben, der er fastgjort til skivedelen, hvilken skivedel og hvilke ben er konfigureret til implantation i absceshulen, hvor skivedelen og benene er lavet af fast biokompatibelt matrixfyldmateriale, (b) behandling af det faste biokompatible matrixfyldmateriale med et terapeutisk middel, hvor behandlingen mætter det faste biokompatible matrixfyldmateriale med det terapeutiske middel, og hvor det terapeutiske middel kan fremme heling af absceshulen.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor pattedyret er et menneske.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor absceshulen er en fistel.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 9, hvor fistlen er en anal fistel.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 10, hvor det terapeutiske middel er a) et stamcellemateriale; eller b) et trombocytderivatmateriale.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor stamcellematerialet er fedtafledte stamceller, og de fedtafledte stamceller er absorberet i det faste biokompatible matrixfyldmateriale.
