Claims (15)
1. En fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et aerodynamisk skallegeme (170) til en vindmøllevinge (10), hvor det aerodynamiske skallegeme omfatter en fordybning (176) til placering og forbindelse til en bjælkeflange (160) (eng. spar cap) i fordybningen, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter følgende trin: a) tilvejebringelse af en første støbeformsdel (150), der har en første formoverflade, som definerer en del af det ydre af det aerodynamiske skallegeme, b) oplægning af fiberforstærkningsmateriale og også sandwichkernemateriale (167, 169) i den første støbeformsdel på den første formoverflade, c) placering af en eller flere indsatser (190, 196, 198), der har en ydre form, som svarer til i det mindste sider af fordybningen i det aerodynamiske skallegeme, d) forsyning af resin til fiberforstærkningsmaterialet og sandwichkernematerialet, e) hærdning eller forkonsolidering af resinen, og f) fjernelse af den ene eller flere indsatser.
2. En fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den ene eller flere indsatser har en ydre form, der svarer til i det mindste en del af en ydre overflade af bjælkeflangen.
3. En fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den ene eller flere indsatser omfatter en første indsats, der danner i det mindste en del af en første side af fordybningen, og en anden indsats, der danner i det mindste en del af en anden side af fordybningen.

7. En fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, hvor en første vakuumdug påføres over fiberforstærkningsmaterialet og valgfrie sandwichkernematerial, og hvor en eller flere indsatser placeres oven på den første vakuumdug, og hvor en anden vakuumdug placeres oven på den ene eller flere indsatser.
8. En fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor den ene eller flere indsatser strækker sig langs hele den langsgående udstrækning af fordybningen.
9. En fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1-7, hvor den ene eller flere indsatser hver danne en separat langsgående sektion af fordybningen.

13. Et sæt af dele ifølge krav 12, hvor den første støbeformsdel omfatter tilpasningsmidler, såsom markeringer, til placering og tilpasning af den ene eller flere indsatser på den første formoverflade.
14. Et sæt af dele ifølge krav 12 eller 13, hvor den første formoverflade og den ene eller flere indsatser er forsynet med parringsforbindelsesmidler, så den ene eller flere indsatser kan forbindes med den første formoverflade på den første støbeformsdel.
15. Et sæt af dele ifølge krav 14, hvor den første formoverflade er forsynet med åbninger, og hvor den ene eller flere indsatser er tilvejebragt med fastgørelsesorganer, der kan gå i indgreb med åbningerne i den første formoverflade.
