Fremgangsmåde til dannelse af en tredimensional genstand, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: tilvejebringelse af en bærer og et optisk transparent element med en konstruktionsoverflade, hvilken bærer og konstruktionsoverflade definerer et konstruktionsområde derimellem; fyldning af konstruktionsområdet med en polymeriserbar væske; bestråling af konstruktionsområdet gennem det optisk transparente element for at danne en fast polymer ud af den polymeriserbare væske, mens bæreren samtidigt føres frem væk fra konstruktionsoverfladen for dannelse af den tredimensionale genstand ud af den faste polymer, mens også samtidig: (i) kontinuerlig bevaring af en dødzone af polymeriserbar væske i kontakt med konstruktionsoverfladen, og (ii) kontinuerlig bevaring af en polymeriseringszonegradient mellem dødzonen og den faste polymer og i kontakt med hver heraf, hvilken polymeriseringszonegradient omfatter den polymeriserbare væske i delvist hærdet form.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det optisk transparente element omfatter et semipermeabelt element, og den kontinuerlige bevaring af en dødzone udføres ved at tilføre en polymeriseringshæmmer gennem det optisk transparente element, hvorved der frembringes en hæmmergradient i dødzonen og eventuelt i mindst en del af polymeriseringszonegradienten.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor bestrålingstrinnet udføres med et todimensionalt bestrålingsmønster projiceret ind i konstruktionsområdet, hvor mønsteret varierer over tid, mens det samtidige fremføringstrin fortsætter i et tidsrum, der er tilstrækkeligt for dannelse af den tredimensionale genstand.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor polymeriseringszonegradienten bevares i et tidsrum på mindst 5 sekunder.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter trinnet med afbrydelse af polymeriseringszonegradienten i et tidsrum, der er tilstrækkeligt til dannelse af en spaltningslinje i den tredimensionale genstand.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken fremgangsmåde endvidere omfatter trinnet med opvarmning af den polymeriserbare væske for at reducere viskositeten deraf i konstruktionsområdet.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor bæreren har mindst én kanal dannet deri, og fyldningstrinnet udføres ved at lade den polymeriserbare væske passere eller tvinge den ind i konstruktionsområdet gennem den mindst ene kanal.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor bæreren har et opløseligt offerlag derpå, og den tredimensionale genstand dannes på det opløselige offerlag.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor: det totale overfladeareal af konstruktionsområdet optager mindst halvfjerds procent af det totale overfladeareal af konstruktionsoverfladen; og/eller hvor lateral bevægelse af bæreren og genstanden i en hvilken som helst retning ikke er mere end tredive procent af bredden af konstruktionsområdet i den tilsvarende retning.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor konstruktionsoverfladen i alt væsentligt er fastgjort eller stationær.
11. Apparat til dannelse af en tredimensional genstand ud af en polymeriserbar væske, hvilket apparat omfatter: (a) en understøtning; (b) en bærer, der er operativt forbundet med understøtningen, på hvilken bærer den tredimensionale genstand dannes; (c) et optisk transparent element med en konstruktionsoverflade, hvor konstruktionsoverfladen og bæreren definerer et konstruktionsområde derimellem; (d) en flydende polymertilførsel, der er operativt forbundet med konstruktionsoverfladen og konfigureret til at tilføre flydende polymer i konstruktionsområdet for størkningspolymerisering; (e) en bestrålingskilde, der er konfigureret til at bestråle konstruktionsområdet gennem det optisk transparente element for at danne en fast polymer ud af den polymeriserbare væske; (f) en styreenhed, der er operativt forbundet med bæreren og bestrålingskilden for fremføring afbæreren væk fra konstruktionsoverfladen for dannelse af den tredimensionale genstand ud af den faste polymer, mens også samtidig: (i) kontinuerlig bevaring af en dødzone af polymeriserbar væske i kontakt med konstruktionsoverfladen, og (ii) kontinuerlig bevaring af en polymeriseringszonegradient mellem dødzonen og den faste polymer og i kontakt med hver deraf, hvilken polymeriseringszonegradient omfatter den polymeriserbare væske i delvist hærdet form.
12. Apparat ifølge krav 11, hvor bæreren har mindst én kanal dannet deri, der er konfigureret til tilførsel af den polymeriserbare væske ind i konstruktionsområdet gennem den mindst ene kanal; eventuelt hvor bæreren har en flerhed af kanaler dannet deri, der er konfigureret til tilførsel af forskellige polymeriserbare væsker gennem forskellige af flerheden af kanaler.
13. Apparat ifølge krav 11 eller 12, hvilket apparat endvidere omfatter mindst én eller en flerhed af eksterne tilførselskanaler, der er adskilt fra genstanden, hvor hver af den mindst ene tilførselskanal i fluidforbindelse med en kanal i bæreren, konfigureret til tilførsel af mindst én eller en flerhed af forskellige polymeriserbare væsker fra bæreren til konstruktionsområdet.
14. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 13, hvor konstruktionspladen i alt væsentligt er fastgjort eller stationær.
15. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 14, hvor kilden af polymeriseringshæmmer er en beholder af polymeriseringshæmmer inde i det semipermeable element.
16. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 15, hvor det semipermeable element endvidere omfatter en tilførselsoverflade, der er adskilt fra konstruktionsoverfladen; eventuelt hvor tilførselsoverfladen er i fluidkontakt med en polymeriseringshæmmer for således at tilvejebringe kilden af polymeriseringshæmmer.
17. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 16, hvilket apparat endvidere omfatter et varmeapparat, der er operativt forbundet med konstruktionspladen og/eller den flydende polymertilførsel, hvilket varmeapparat er konfigureret til at opvarme polymeriserbar væske i eller tilført konstruktionsområdet; og/eller hvilket apparat endvidere omfatter en køler, der er operativt forbundet med konstruktionspladen og konfigureret til at afkøle polymeriserbar væske i konstruktionsområdet.
18. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 17, hvilket apparat endvidere omfatter en trykkilde, der er operativt forbundet med den flydende polymertilførsel.
19. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 18, hvor bæreren omfatter et drivsystem, hvilket drivsystem og hvilken styreenhed er konfigureret til at fremføre bæreren i én retning væk fra konstruktionsoverfladen.
20. Apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 19, hvor bæreren har et opløseligt offerlag derpå, og den tredimensionale genstand dannes på det opløselige offerlag.
