Claims (15)

1. Vandig dispersion af partikler, hvilken dispersion omfatter: uorganiske partikler, der er mindst delvist indkapslede af polymeriserede indre skaller, hvor mindst en del af overfladerne af partiklerne omfatter et koblingsmiddel, der har vedhængende reaktive grupper, og hvor de indre skaller fremstilles ud fra en omsætning af koblingsmidlets vedhængende reaktive grupper med ethylenisk umættede monomerer; og ydre polymerskaller, der mindst delvist indkapsler de indre polymere skaller, hvor de ydre polymerskaller er mindst delvist adskilte fra de indre polymerskaller, hvorved der defineres hulrum inden for de ydre polymerskaller.
2. Vandig dispersion ifølge krav 1, hvor koblingsmidlet omfatter et silankoblingsmiddel.
3. Vandig dispersion ifølge krav 1, hvor koblingsmidlets vedhængende reaktive grupper omfatter ethylenisk umættethed.
4. Vandig dispersion ifølge krav 1, hvor de ethylenisk umættede monomerer omfatter Ci-Ci2-alkylestere af (meth)acrylsyre.
5. Vandig dispersion ifølge krav 2, hvor silankoblingsmidlet omfatter en hydrolyserbar gruppe, som ved hydrolyse, omfatter en rest med frie hydroxylgrupper, der er til stede på overfladerne de uorganiske partikel.
6. Vandig dispersion ifølge krav 2, hvor de ydre polymerskaller omfatter polystyren.
7. Vandig dispersion ifølge krav 6, hvor de ydre skaller omfatter første ydre skaller, som omfatter polystyren, og andre ydre skaller, der omfatter tværbundet polystyren, hvor de andre ydre skaller mindst delvist indkapsler de første ydre skaller.
8. Vandig dispersion ifølge krav 2, hvor de uorganiske partikler omfatter titandioxid.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en vandig dispersion af partikler, der er mindst delvist indkapslet afen polymer, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at dispergere uorganiske partikler i en vandig fase; at funktionalisere mindst en del af overfladerne af de uorganiske partikler med et koblingsmiddel, hvilket koblingsmiddel har vedhængende reaktive grupper; at polymerisere de reaktive grupper på de funktionaliserede partikler med en første polymeriserbar komponent for at producere indre polymerskaller, der omgiver de uorganiske partikler; at polymerisere en anden polymeriserbar komponent for at danne ydre polymerskaller, der mindst delvist indkapsler de indre polymerskaller; og at producere hulrum i de ydre polymerskaller, således at de uorganiske partikler optages inden i hulrummene.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, hvor trinnet af producere hulrum omfatter (i) at ekspandere de indre polymerskaller og ydre polymerskaller og (ii) at krympe de ekspanderede indre polymerskaller for derved at danne hulrum inde i de ekspanderede ydre polymerskaller.
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 10, hvor de uorganiske partikler, der er modtaget inden for hulrummene er mindst delvist indkapslet af de indre polymerskaller.
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, hvilken fremgangsmåde yderligere omfatter at tværbinde de ekspanderede ydre skaller.
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 12, hvor den anden polymeriserbare komponent omfatter styren, methylmethacrylat og/eller acrylonitril.
14. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, hvor de ekspanderede ydre skaller, koblingsmidlet, den første polymeriserbare komponent, og de uorganiske partikler er defineret som i ethvert af kravene 1-8.
15. Overtrækssammensætning, der omfatter den vandige dispersion ifølge krav 1.
