Claims (13)
1. Stang (1) til en støttestruktur af et forsænket loft, hvilken stang er aflang i en langsgående retning (L) og omfatter mindst to plademetalafsnit (5, 6), der er anbragt ved siden af hinanden eller overlapper, er i kontakt med eller klæber til hinanden langs den langsgående retning (L) eller en langsideretning, hvor der i stangen er defineret en tværgående retning (T) eller kortsideretning, der strækker sig på tværs af eller gennemskærer den langsgående retning (L), hvor begge plademetalafsnit (5, 6) har snit (9), der er placeret, rettet eller strækker sig langs den tværgående retning (T), hvilke snit (9) definerer delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A), par af delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A) af plademetalafsnittene (5, 6), der er overlappede og forskudte i par i en tykkelsesretning (DS) i forhold til et tilstødende område af det respektive plademetalafsnit (5, 6), og hvor, af hvert par af dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A), der er overlappede og forskudte i tykkelsesretningen (DS), en del (10,10A, 11, 11 A) af et plademetalafsnit (5, 6) rager ud i forhold til tykkelsen (S) og definerer en fri zone i tykkelsen (S), og mindst den konkave eller krumme profil af den anden delvist skårede del (10, 10A, 11, 11A) af det andet af plademetalafsnittene (5, 6) er anbragt i det mindste delvist i den frie zone af tykkelsen (S) af det ene plademetalafsnit (5, 6), hvorved der skabes en interferens mellem de to plademetalafsnit (5, 6) i den tværgående retning (T), hvor de delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11 A) langs den tværgående retning og set i perspektiv har en profil, der er i det mindste delvist buelinjet eller konkav, hvilken stang er kendetegnet ved, at hvert par af de delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A) har tilsvarende ikke-skårede centrale zoner (13), der definerer en central linje, som gennemskærer snittene (9) og er forbundet med en resterende del af plademetalafsnittet (5, 6).
2. Stang (1) ifølge krav 1, hvor den buelinjede profil er V-formet eller W-formet eller har en konkav C-form eller har en variation af de buelinjede former, der gentages i den tværgående retning.
3. Stang (1) ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvorpå den buelinjede profil er symmetrisk i forhold til den centrale linje.
4. Stang (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den centrale zone (13) falder sammen med en zone med maksimal konkavitet eller maksimal bøjning eller krumning af den buelinjede profil.
5. Stang (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor parrene af de delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A) veksler langs den langsgående retning (L), hvor et første par af de delvist skårede dele (10,10A, 11,11 A) er i en forskudt tilstand mod det ene plademetalafsnit (5, 6), og hvor et andet par af de delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A) er i en forskudt tilstand mod det andet plademetalafsnit (5, 6).
6. Stang (1) ifølge krav 5, hvor parrene af de delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A) er fordelt langs den langsgående retning (L) naboliggende, hvor det første par af de delvist skårede dele (10,10A, 11,11 A), der er forskudt mod det ene plademetalafsnit (5, 6), er naboliggende og i kontakt med det andet par af de delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A), der er forskudt mod det andet plademetalafsnit (5, 6).
7. Stang (1) ifølge krav 5 eller 6, hvor mindst to eller fire delvist skårede dele (10, 11A) af de to plademetalafsnit (5, 6) er anbragt efter hinanden langs den langsgående retning (L).
8. Stang (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 7, hvor et snit (9) er fælles for to par delvist skårede dele (10,10A, 11, 11A), der støder op til hinanden.
9. Støttestruktur til et forsænket loft, omfattende en metalstang (1) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8.
10. Arbejdsfremgangsmåde til bearbejdning af en metalstang (1), hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter trinnene med: - at tilvejebringe en stang, der er aflang langs en langsgående retning eller en langside (L) og omfatter mindst to plademetalafsnit (5, 6), der er anbragt ved siden af hinanden i kontakt med hinanden langs den langsgående retning (L), - at skære i det mindste delvist mindst et af plademetalafsnittene (5, 6) i en tværgående retning (T) eller kortside på tværs af eller gennemskærende den langsgående retning for at definere en delvist skåret del (10, 10A, 11, 11A) langs den tværgående retning (T), - hvor begge plademetalafsnit (5, 6) skæres, således at par af delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A) af plademetalafsnittene (5, 6) er overlappede og forskudt i par i tykkelsesretningen (DS) i forhold til en tilstødende zone af det respektive plademetalafsnit (5, 6), og således at, af hvert par af dele, der er overlappede og forskudt i par i tykkelsesretningen (DS), en del (10, 10A, 11, 11 a) af et plademetalafsnit (5, 6) rager ud i forhold til tykkelsen (S) og definerer en fri zone i tykkelsen (S), og mindst den konkave eller krumme profil af den anden delvist skårede del (10, 10A, 11, 11A) af det andet af plademetalafsnittene (5, 6) er anbragt i det mindste delvist i den frie zone af tykkelsen (S) af det ene plademetalafsnit (5, 6), hvorved der skabes en interferens mellem de to plademetalafsnit (5, 6) i den tværgående retning (T); hvor de delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A) langs den tværgående retning og set i perspektiv har en profil, der er i det mindste delvist buelinjet eller konkav, hvilken arbejdsfremgangsmåde er kendetegnet ved, at hvert par af de delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A) skæres delvist for at have tilsvarende ikke-skårede centrale zoner (13), der definerer en central linje, som gennemskærer snittene (9) og er forbundet med en resterende del af plademetalaf-snittet (5, 6).
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor delene (10, 10A, 11, 11) skæres delvist ved hjælp af et stempel med et hoved med en profil, som er buelinjet, V-formet, W-formet eller har en konkav C-form eller har en variation af de buelinjede former, der gentages i den tværgående retning.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10 eller 11, hvor den centrale forbindelseslinje strækker sig parallelt med den langsgående retning (L).
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav 10 til 12, hvor et første par snit (9) fremstilles af et første plademetalafsnit til dannelse af et første par af delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A) og et andet par snit fremstilles på det andet plademetalafsnit til dannelse af et andet par delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A), således at det første par og det andet par af delvist skårede dele (10, 10A, 11, 11A) veksler og støder op til hinanden i den langsgående retning (L) og er forskudt skiftevist mod det ene af plademetalafsnittene (5, 6) og mod det andet af plademetalafsnittene.
