Claims (12)
1. Pumpeindretning, navnlig magnetkoblingspumpeindretning, med et inderrum, som er dannet af et pumpehus af pumpeindretningen, en separationsbeholder med en midterlæng-deakse, hvilken separationsbeholder hermetisk forsegler et kammer, som den omslutter, i forhold til inderrummet, som er dannet af pumpehuset, en løbehjulaksel, der kan drives roterbart omkring en rotationsakse, et løbehjul, som er anbragt ved en ende af løbehjulakslen, en inderrotor, der er anbragt ved den anden ende af løbehjulakslen, og en yderrotor, som er anbragt på en drivaksel, og som samvirker med inderrotoren, hvor separationsbeholderen omfatter en bund med mindst én sik, der udstrækker sig ind i kammeret, kendetegnet ved, at den mindst ene sik (31) er anbragt med radial afstand til separationsbeholderens (10) midterlængdeakse (B), hvor forholdet mellem den indvendige radius (ris) af separationsbeholderen (10) og afstanden (ASa) fra sikyderkant (31b) og midterlængdeakse (B) af separationsbeholderen (10) ligger i et område fra 1,3 til 1,6.
2. Pumpeindretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at forholdet mellem den indvendige radius (ris) af separationsbeholderen (10) og afstanden fra sikyderkant (31b) og midterlængdeakse (B) af separationsbeholderen (10) ligger i et område fra 1,38 til 1,57.
3. Pumpeindretning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at afstanden fra sikinder-kanten (31a) til midterlængdeaksen (B) af separationsbeholderen (10) er givet ved formlen 1 — * (indvendig radius af separationsbeholderY hvor Y ligger i et område fra omkring 1,14 til 1,17.
4. Pumpeindretning ifølge ét at kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at bunden (26) udformes af en i det væsentlige kuglesegmentformet kuglekalotområde (29) og et flangeområde (30), der danner overgangsområdet mellem hovedlegemet (25) og kuglekalotom-rådet (29).
5. Pumpeindretning ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at den mindst ene sik (31) omfatter en sikbund (32) og sikvægge (33), hvor sikbunden (32) forløber i et plan, der i det væsentlige er parallelt med planet, i hvilket overgangen fra kuglekalotområdet (29) til flangeområdet (30) ligger.
6. Pumpeindretning ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at separationsbeholderens (10) indervæg (34) i sikbundens (32) område i det væsentlige ligger i det samme plan som overgangen fra kuglekalotområdet (29) til flangeområdet (30).
7. Pumpeindretning ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at sikbunden (32) er udformet således, at den forløber parallelt med kuglekalotområdet (29).
8. Pumpeindretning ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at den maksimale afstand (X) fra indervæggen (34) af separationsbeholderen (10) til frontsiden (35) af inder-rotoren (17) i området af sikbunden (32) er omkring 20 mm.
9. Pumpeindretning ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at den maksimale afstand (X) fra indervæggen (34) af separationsbeholderen (10) til frontsiden (35) af inder-rotoren i området af sikbunden (32) er omkring 10 mm.
10. Pumpeindretning ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 9, kendetegnet ved, at overgangene mellem kuglekalotområdet (29) og sikvæggene (33) har større radier end overgangene mellem sikvæggene (33) og den respektive sikbund (32).
11. Pumpeindretning ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 10, k e n d e t e g n e t ved, at den mindst ene sik (31) udstrækker sig i radial retning til nær flangeområdet (30) eller hen til dette.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen separationsbeholder af en pumpeindretning, i særdeleshed en magnetkoblingspumpeindretning, ifølge ét af kravene 1 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at separationsbeholderen (10) er fremstillet ved en dybtrækningsproces eller ved en støbeproces, hvor mindst én sik (31) frembringes i bunden (26) og anbringes med radial afstand til midterlængdeaksen (B) af separationsbeholderen (10).
