Claims (7)
1. Fremgangsmåde til montering af en patron med et fremdrifts system (1) og et med fremdrifts systemet (1) forbundet projektil, hvor fremdriftssystemet (1) omfatter et med en drivladning (2) fyldt drivladningshylster (3) med en hylsterbund (4), der indeholder en i det væsentlige aksialt forløbende hylsterbundåbning (5), og hvor hylsterbundåbningen (5) er lukket af en prop (6), der optager en fænghætte (9), og som i denne position holdes ved hjælp af en smeltesikringsring (13) i en brudsikring, hvor proppen (6) omfatter en prophals (8) og en hoveddel (7), og hvor prophalsen (8) har en ydre rilleformet reces (15), der er anbragt på ydersiden af stophalsen (8), og hvor en indre rilleformet reces (16) er anbragt på det indre af hylsterbundåbningen (5), med kendetegnene: a. fra bagsiden (14) af hylsterbunden (4) i drivladningshylsteret (13) indføres smeltesikringsringen (13) i hylsterbundåbningen (5), til denne med sin forside (17) støttes på indersidefremspringet (12) i hylsterbunden (4), b. efterfølgende indføres proppen (6) i hylsterbundåbningen (5), og ved hjælp af hoveddelen (7) udøves en aksial kraft på bagsiden (18) af smeltesikringsringen (13), således at smeltesikringsringen (13) trykkes sammen og deformeres plastisk, og dens materiale flyder radialt ind i de rilleformede recesser (15, 16) i proppen (6) og hylsterbunden (4), hvorved ingen yderligere tætninger er nødvendige.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at fænghætten (9) forbindes med proppen (6) forud for indføring af proppen (6) hylsterbundåbningen (5) i drivladningshylsteret (3).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at en fyldning af drivladningshylsteret (3) sker gennem hylsterbundåbningen (5).
4. Patron, monteret ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, med et fremdrifts system (1) og et med fremdriftssystemet (1) forbundet projektil, hvor fremdrifts systemet (1) omfatter et med en drivladning (2) fyldt drivladningshylster (3) med en hylsterbund (4), der indeholder en i det væsentlige aksialt forløbende hylsterbundåbning (5), og hvor hylsterbundåbningen (5) er lukket af en prop (6), der optager en fænghætte (9) , og som i denne position holdes ved hjælp af en smeltesikringsring (13) i en brudsikring, hvor proppen (6) omfatter en prophals (8) og en hoveddel (7), og hvor prophalsen (8) har en ydre rilleformet reces (15), der er anbragt på ydersiden af stophalsen (8), kendetegnet ved, at en indre rilleformet reces (16) er anbragt på det indre af hylsterbundåbningen (5), at smeltesikringsringen (13) med sin forside (17) støttes på bagsiden (11) af et indersidefremspring (12) i hylsterbunden (4) samt med sin bagside (18) støttes på forsiden (10) af hoveddelen (7) af proppen (6), idet dens indre rand (19) griber form- og/eller kraftsluttende ind i den ydre rilleformede reces (15) i proppen (6), og dens ydre rand (20) griber form- og/eller kraftsluttende ind i den indre rilleformede reces (16) i hylsterbunden (4), således at smeltesikringen ved affyring af patronen ikke påvirkes direkte af gastrykket, og ingen yderligere tætninger er nødvendige.
5. Patron ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at smeltesikringsringen (13) har en ydre diameter, der er valgt således, at den til montering af patronen kan indsættes i hylsterbundåbningen (5) fra bagsiden (14) af hylsterbunden (4).
6. Patron ifølge krav 4 eller 5, kendetegnet ved, at proppen (6) er udført T-formet.
7. Patron ifølge et af kravene 4 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at det plastisk deformerbare smeltesikringsmateriale er en legering af bismut og tin.
