Claims (15)

1. Fremgangsmade til portionsemballering af flydende og/eller past0se pro-dukter ved hjaelp af en emballeringsmaskine, idet produktet tilfores til et dose-ringskammer (10) via mindst et indleb (12), i doseringskammeret (10) ved hjaelp af mindst et doseringsorgan (40) doseres til mindst en produktportion (P) med et doseringsstempel (44), der forskydes i doseringskammerets (10) aksiale retning, og den mindst ene produktportion (P) tilfores til en emballage (31) via mindst et doseringsudlob (14), hvor doseringskammeret (10) er i drift i gennemstromning i mindst en driftstilstand af emballeringsmaskinen fra grup-pen - stilstandstid af emballeringsmaskinen, - idrifttagning af emballeringsmaskinen og - drift af emballeringsmaskinen idet produktet i doseringskammeret (10) bortledes eller recirkuleres helt eller delvist via mindst et udlob (15), kendetegnet ved, at doseringskammeret (10) i aksial retning gennemstrommes med produktet, idet det tilfores til dets mindst ene ende via det mindst ene indleb (12) og bortledes fra dets anden ende via det mindst ene udlob (15), hvor produktet ledes forbi det mindst ene doseringsorgan (40) gennem en ringspalte, der er dannet mellem det mindst ene doseringsorgan (40), som befinder sig i doseringskammeret (10), og den ind-vendige omgivende vaeg af doseringskammeret (10), saledes at det omskyller doseringsorganet (40).
2. Fremgangsmade ifolge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at doseringskammeret (10) er i drift i gennemstromning bade under stilstandstid og/eller ved idrifttagning af emballeringsmaskinen og under drift af emballeringsmaskinen.
3. Fremgangsmade ifolge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at produktet tilfo-res til den nedre ende og/eller den ende af doseringskammeret (10), der vender mod det mindst ene doseringsudlob (14), via det mindst ene indleb (12) og bortledes fra den ovre ende og/eller den ende af doseringskammeret (10), der vender vaek fra det mindst ene doseringsudlob (14), via det mindst ene udlob (15).
4. Fremgangsmade if0lge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at der tilferes en sterre produktstrem til doseringskammeret (10) under driften, isaer i det vaesentlige kontinuerligt, via det mindst ene indleb (12) end der bortledes der-fra portionsvist via det mindst ene doseringsudleb (14), hvor den andel af pro-duktstrommen, der tilferes til doseringskammeret (10), og som ikke bortledes derfra portionsvist via det mindst ene doseringsudleb (14), bortledes og recir-kuleres via det mindst ene udleb (15).
5. Fremgangsmade ifelge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at den enskede andel af produktstrommen, der tilferes til doseringskammeret (10), og som bortledes og recirkuleres via det mindst ene udleb (15), indstilles pa forhand.
6. Fremgangsmade ifelge krav 4 eller 5, kendetegnet ved, at mellem 1 masse-% og 20 masse-%, isaer mellem 2 masse-% og 10 masse-%, af pro-duktstrommen, der tilferes til doseringskammeret (10) via dets mindst ene ind-lob (12), bortledes igen forbi det mindst ene doseringsorgan (40) via det mindst ene udleb (15), mens mellem 80 masse-% og 99 masse-%, isaer mellem 90 masse-% og 98 masse-%, af den tilferte produktstrem ved hjaelp af det mindst ene doseringsorgan (40) doseret og portionsvist tilferes til en emballage via det mindst ene doseringsudleb (14).
7. Fremgangsmade ifelge et af kravene 4 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at andelen af produktstrommen, der bortledes fra doseringskammeret (10) via det mindst ene udleb (15), bufres i en volumenkompensator (50), der er anbragt efter ud-lobet (15).
8. Emballeringsmaskine til portionsemballering af flydende og/eller pastese produkter, isaer til udferelse af en fremgangsmade ifelge et af de foregaende krav, med mindst et doseringskammer (10) med mindst et indleb (12) til tilfer-sel af produktet til doseringskammeret (10), mindst et doseringsorgan (40), der er anbragt i doseringskammeret (10), med et doseringsstempel (44), der kan forskydes i doseringskammerets (10) aksiale retning, til dosering af mindst en produktportion (P)og med mindst et doseringsudlob (14) til tilfersel afprodukt-portionen (P) til en emballage (31), hvor doseringskammeret (10) endvidere omfatter mindst et udleb (15), der udmunder i en recirkulationsledning (17), hvor produktet kan tilf0res til doseringskammeret (10) via det mindst ene ind-l0b (12) og helt eller delvist bortledes ind i recirkulationsledningen (17) via det mindst ene udleb (15), kendetegnet ved, at det mindst ene indleb (12) og det mindst ene udleb (15) er anbragt i modsatte ender af doseringskammeret (10) i aksial retning, hvor det mindst ene doseringsorgan (40) er anbragt med en radial afstand fra doseringskammerets (10) omgivende vaeg, saledes at produktet kan ledes forbi det mindst ene doseringsorgan (40) gennem en ring-spalte, der er dannet mellem det mindst ene doseringsorgan (40), som befin-der sig i doseringskammeret (10), og den indvendige omgivende vaeg af doseringskammeret (10).
9. Emballeringsmaskine ifelge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at det mindst ene indleb (12) er anbragt i den nedre ende og/eller den ende, der vender mod det mindst ene doseringsudleb (14), og det mindst ene udleb (15) er anbragt i den evre ende og/eller den ende af doseringskammeret (10), der vender vaek fra det mindst ene doseringsudleb (14).
10. Emballeringsmaskine ifelge krav 8 eller 9, kendetegnet ved, at det mindst ene doseringsorgan (40) er anbragt med en lille radial afstand fra doseringskammerets (10) omgivende vaeg i forhold til doseringskammerets (10) sam-lede tvaersnit.
11. Emballeringsmaskine ifelge et af kravene 8 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at det mindst ene doseringsorgan (40) pa den ene side omfatter en doseringscylinder (42), der kan forskydes i doseringskammerets (10) aksiale retning, og hvis frie frontside i en doseringsposition kan bringes i taet kontakt med et omkredsafsnit af det mindst ene doseringsudleb (14), og at det mindst ene doseringsorgan (40) pa den anden side omfatter et doseringsstempel (44), der kan forskydes i doseringscylinderen (42) i den aksiale retning.
12. Emballeringsmaskine ifelge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at - det mindst ene doseringsorgans (40) doseringsstempel (44), der er anbragt i doseringskammerets (10) indre, kan bringes til en position uden for doseringscylinderen (42), og/eller - det mindst ene doseringsorgans (40) doseringscylinder (42), der er anbragt i doseringskammerets (10) indre, kan bringes til en position, hvori den bade ra-dialt og aksialt er anbragt fuldstaendig med afstand fra doseringskammerets (10) vaegge.
13. Emballeringsmaskine ifolge et af kravene 8 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at en volumenkompensator (50) er anbragt efter det mindst ene udlob (15) for at bufre produktet, der bortledes fra doseringskammeret (10) via udlobet (15), hvor volumenkompensatoren (50) omfatter en stempel-/cylinderenhed, hvis stempel (53) kan forskydes i forhold til cylinderen (51) for at aendre volumen-kompensatorens (50) volumen, hvor stempel-/cylinderenhedens stempel (53) i det mindste isaer kan bringes til en gennemgangsposition, hvori det er anbragt i radial afstand til cylinderens (51) omkredsvaeg, saledes at volumenkompen-satorens (50) indlobsabning (52) forbi stemplet (53) erforbundet med udlobs-abningen (54).
14. Emballeringsmaskine ifolge et af kravene 8 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at en ventil (20), isaer af kuglehanetypen, er anbragt efter doseringskammerets (10) mindst en doseringsudlob (14).
15. Emballeringsmaskine ifolge et af kravene 8 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at der i doseringskammeret (10) er anbragt mindst to eller praecis to doseringsorg-aner (40) til dosering af mindst to produktportioner (P), hvor doseringskammeret (10) isaer omfatter - mindst to eller praecis to doseringsudlob (14), der er tilordnet et respektivt doseringsorgan (40), og/eller - mindst to eller praecis to indlob (12), der er tilordnet et respektivt doseringsorgan (40).
