Claims (14)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at styre et elektrisk varmeapparat (14) i et elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: at tilvejebringe elektrisk strøm til varmeapparatet (14) i impulser således at under aktive perioder forsynes strøm til varmeapparatet (14) og under inaktive perioder forsynes strøm ikke til varmeapparatet (14); at oplade en kondensator (52) i et RC-kredsløb (36) under inaktive perioder og at tillade kondensatoren (52) at aflade under aktive perioder; og at overvåge en afladningsspænding af kondensatoren (52) og, hvis afladningsspændingen af kondensatoren (52) falder under et tærskelspændingsniveau, at stoppe yderligere forsyning af elektrisk strøm til varmeapparatet (14).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor strøm tilvejebringes til varmeapparatet (14) ved regelmæssigt at omskifte en første kontakt (32) og hvor trinnet at stoppe yderligere forsyning af elektrisk strøm til varmeapparatet (14) omfatter at omskifte en anden kontakt (34).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor tidskonstanten af RC-kredsløbet (36) er større end to gange tidsbredden af impulserne af elektrisk strøm tilvejebragt til varmeapparatet (14).
4. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) omfattende: en strømforsyning (16); et elektrisk varmeapparat (14); en første kontakt (32) forbundet mellem det elektriske varmeapparat (14) og elektrisk jordforbindelse; en anden kontakt (34) forbundet mellem strømforsyningen (16) og det elektriske varmeapparat (14); et RC-kredsløb (36) omfattende en kondensator (52) og forbundet til strømforsyningen (16), således at kondensatoren (52) oplader når den første kontakt (32) er åben og aflader når den første kontakt (32) er lukket; og styrekredsløb forbundet til RC-kredsløbet (36) og konfigureret til at overvåge en afladningsspænding af RC-kredsløbet (36) og til at åbne den anden kontakt (34) når afladningsspændingen af RC-kredsløbet (36) falder under en tærskelværdi.
5. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) ifølge krav 4, hvor styrekredsløbet omfatter en Schmitt-udløser (38) forbundet mellem RC-kredsløbet (36) og den anden kontakt (34), hvor Schmitt-udløseren (38) er konfigureret til at åbne den anden kontakt (34) når afladningsspændingen af RC-kredsløbet (36) falder under en tærskelværdi.
6. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) ifølge krav 4 eller 5, hvor den første kontakt (32) er en MOSFET.
7. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) ifølge krav 4, 5 eller 6, hvor den anden kontakt (34) er en MOSFET.
8. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 7, yderligere omfattende en diode (40) konfigureret til at forhindre afladning af RC-kredsløbet (36) igennem den første kontakt (32) når den første kontakt (32) er lukket.
9. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 8, hvor RC-kredsløbet (36) har en tidskonstant større end to gange den længste periode for hvilken den første kontakt (32) er lukket under normal drift af systemet.
10. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 9, yderligere omfattende en inverter (56) forbundet mellem RC-kredsløbet (36) og den anden kontakt (34).
11. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 10, omfattende en kontroller (18) konfigureret til at styre driften af den første kontakt (32) til at opretholde det elektriske varmeapparat (14) ved en måltemperatur.
12. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 11, hvor strømforsyningen (16) er et batteri.
13. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 12 hvor systemet er et håndholdt elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem.
14. Elektrisk opvarmet rygesystem (100) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 4 til 13, hvor systemet er et opvarmet to baks rygesystem.
