Claims (15)
1. Kunstgræs (100, 200, 300) omfattende et kunstgræsindfyld (112), hvor kunstgræsindfyldet omfatter granulatindfyldskomponenter (114), kendetegnet ved, at granulatindfyldskomponenterne omfatter en vandabsorberende tråd (404) dækket med en cylinderformet kappe (406), hvor kappen er dannet af en elastomer forbindelse og omfatter mindst en åbning (408), hvor den mindst ene åbning afdækker den vandabsorberende tråd (404).
2. Kunstgræs ifølge krav 1, hvor den vandabsorberende tråd (404) omfatter et hvilket som helst af følgende: hygroskopiske fibre, sækkelærredfibre, jutefibre, bomuldsfibre, uldfibre, hampfibre, polyesterfibre, naturlige fibre, hørfibre, bastardjutefibre, nældefibre, sisalfibre, kokosfibre, syntetiske fibre, fibre med en hydrofil overflade og kombinationer deraf.
3. Kunstgræs ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor kappen (406) omfatter en hvilken som helst af følgende: polyurethan, gummi, en polyolefinelastomer, et farvestof, et UV-beskyttende additiv, polyurethan og polyol, polyurethan og en temperatursensitiv katalysator, en en-komponentpolyurethan, en to- komponentpolyurethan, polyethylen, TPE, ekstruderet PE, ekstruderet TPE og kombinationer deraf.
4. Kunstgræs ifølge krav 1, 2, eller 3, hvor kappen (406) er dannet fra en hærdet væske, hvor tråden (404) omfatter en perifer del og et midterområde, hvor den perifere del omgiver midterområdet, hvor den perifere del er delvist mættet med den elastomere forbindelse, og hvor midterområdet er uden den elastomere forbindelse.
5. Kunstgræs ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kappen (406) omfatter mellem 6 og 10 vægtprocent af granulatindfyldskomponenterne.
6. Kunstgræs ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kappen (406) har en tykkelse på mellem 4 mikrometer og 8 mikrometer.
7. Kunstgræs ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kappen (406) har en længde (404) på mellem 0,4 mm og en hvilken som helst af de følgende: 0,5 mm, 1,0 mm, 1,5 mm, 2,0 mm, 2,5 mm, 3,0 mm, 3,5 mm, 4,0 mm, 4,5 mm, 5,0 mm, og 5,5 mm.
8. Kunstgræs ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor granulatindfyldskomponenterne har en tykkelse (402) på mellem 0,3 mm og 0,5 mm.
9. Kunstgræs ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den mindst ene åbning er et cylinderformet afsnit.
10. Kunstgræs ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den mindst ene åbning er to åbninger.
11. Kunstgræs ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kunstgræsset omfatter et kunstgræstæppe (102) med et flor (103), hvor kunstgræstæppet omfatter en bagsidebelægning (104); hvor kunstgræstæppet endvidere omfatter kunstgræsfibre (106), hvor kunstgræsfibrene er tuftet ind i bagsidebelægningen, hvor kunstgræsfibrene danner floret, hvor kunstgræsfibrene er fastgjort på bagsidebelægningen, og hvor kunstgræsindfyldet er fordelt inden i floret.
12. Kunstgræs ifølge krav 11, hvor kunstgræsset omfatter et sandlag (202) mellem bagsidebelægningen og kunstgræsindfyldet.
13. Kunstgræs ifølge krav 11 eller 12, hvor kunstgræsset omfatter et dræningssystem (304) under bagsidebelægningen konfigureret til at dræne vand der står på kunstgræsset.
14. Kunstgræs ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor granulatindfyldskomponenterne haren længde (400), og hvor den vandabsorberende tråd (404) er i det væsentlige tilpasset længden.
15. Anvendelse af granulatkomponenter som kunstgræsindfyld (112), hvor granulatkomponenterne omfatter en vandabsorberende tråd (404) dækket med en cylinderformet kappe (406), hvor kappen er dannet af en elastomer forbindelse og omfatter mindst en åbning, hvor den mindst ene åbning afdækker den vandabsorberende tråd (404).
