Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento de fabricación de un objeto rígido a partir de un polvo producido a partir de macroalgas pardas mezcladas mediante cizallamiento de modo que extrae proteínas, tales como actina, de dichas macroalgas pardas, estando constituido dicho polvo por partículas de diámetro equivalente inferior o igual a 1,5 milímetros y presentando un índice de humedad residual inferior o igual al 45 %. De acuerdo con la invención, dicho procedimiento comprende una etapa de termocompresión de dicho polvo en un molde, llevándose dicho polvo a una temperatura comprendida entre 50 °C y 100 °C y sometiéndolo a una presión comprendida entre 150 y 4000 bares durante un periodo de 50 segundos a 45 minutos. La invención se refiere igualmente al procedimiento de preparación de dicho polvo.
