Abstract

В настоящем изобретении предлагается способ получения C-пептида инсулина, при котором осуществляют экспрессию в клетке-хозяине мультимерного полипептида, содержащего множественные копии указанного C-пептида инсулина, и расщепляют указанный экспрессированный полипептид с высвобождением единичных копий C-пептида инсулина. Предлагаются также молекулы нуклеиновых кислот, векторы экспрессии и клетки-хозяева для использования в таком способе, а также мультимерный C-пептид инсулина, экспрессированный и расщепленный таким способом.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 1999.04.29.
