Abstract

Применение ингибитора ароматазы (ИА) для изготовления лекарственного средства для использования при индукции овуляции у особи женского пола, страдающей ановуляторным бесплодием, включающее введение указанной особи женского пола однократной дозы по меньшей мере одного ингибитора ароматазы. Применение ингибитора ароматазы (ИА) для изготовления лекарственного средства, содержащего однократную дозу по меньшей мере одного ингибитора ароматазы (ИА) для введения овулирующей особи женского пола, страдающей бесплодием невыясненной этиологии или другими типами овуляторного бесплодия, в начале одного или более менструальных циклов. Такое лекарственное средство также можно вводить особи женского пола с ановуляцией в комбинации с множеством суточных доз фолликулостимулирующего гормона (ФСГ), в силу чего могут быть снижены уровни дозирования ФСГ. Также описано применение ИА для изготовления лекарственного средства для введения особи женского пола, которая слабо реагирует на ФСГ, которое включает комбинацию однократной дозы ИА с множеством суточных доз ФСГ. Также описаны соответствующие фармацевтические препараты и упаковки.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
