Abstract

В способе восстановления твердого исходного сырья, например твердого металлического соединения, в установке электролиза порцию исходного сырья загружают в две или большее количество электролитических ячеек (50, 60, 70, 80). Расплавленную соль в качестве электролита подают в каждую ячейку. Расплавленная соль циркулирует из резервуара расплавленной соли (10) таким образом, что соль проходит через каждую из ячеек. Восстановление исходного сырья осуществляется в каждой ячейке посредством прикладывания потенциала к электродам в каждой ячейке, при этом указанный потенциал достаточно большой для выполнения восстановления исходного сырья. В настоящем изобретении также предложена установка для осуществления этого способа.
