Abstract

Охлаждающий элемент (2) для пирометаллургических реакторов и способ изготовления этого элемента, в котором сначала обеспечивают по меньшей мере один охлаждающий канал (1), имеющий два конца. Каждый конец охлаждающего канала (1) имеет средства (17) подвода охлаждающей среды, и по меньшей мере один охлаждающий канал (1) присоединен посредством средств соединения к стенке пирометаллургического реактора. Дополнительно по меньшей мере одну трубку, характеризуемую внешним сечением и внутренним сечением, изгибают в виде разомкнутого контура, чтобы получить по меньшей мере один охлаждающий канал, концы которого выполнены с возможностью присоединения к средствам (3) присоединения охлаждающего канала (1) к стенке пирометаллургического реактора.
