Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения спирта из целлюлозного материала, включающему проведение гидролиза указанного целлюлозного материла с помощью водной кислоты с получением продукта гидролиза; экстракцию кислоты и воды из указанного продукта гидролиза растворимым в воде органическим экстракционным растворителем с получением (а) первого водного кислого раствора, содержащего указанный экстракционный растворитель, и (б) остатка, содержащего сахара; обработку указанного остатка в соответствии с реакцией расщепления олигосахаридов с получением водного раствора сбраживаемых сахаров; сбраживание указанных сбраживаемых сахаров и отгонку спирта из полученной сброженной смеси; приведение указанного первого водного кислого раствора в контакт с не смешиваемым с водой жидким липофильным растворителем для получения второго водного кислого раствора и смеси указанного экстракционного растворителя и указанного жидкого растворителя; разделение указанной смеси растворителей с получением экстракционного растворителя для рециркуляции и отделение от указанного второго водного кислого раствора водной кислоты для рециркуляции.
