Abstract

Изобретение относится к способам составления композиций, содержащим один или несколько пептидных протеасомных ингибиторов и циклодекстрин, в частности замещенный циклодекстрин, а также к способам комплексообразования с циклодекстринами при получении состава пептидного протеасомного ингибитора (например, соединения формул (1)-(5) или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли) с одним или несколькими циклодекстринами. Такие способы значительно увеличивают растворимость и стабильность данных протеасомных ингибиторов и облегчают как их изготовление, так и их введение. Например, гомогенные растворы соединения формулы (5) (карфилзомиба) могут быть получены при фармацевтически приемлемом рН (например, около 3,5) и при более высоких концентрациях (например, около 5 мг/мл), чем можно было бы получить без одного или нескольких циклодекстринов и способов комплексообразования между соединением и одним или несколькими циклодекстринами, представленными в данном документе.
