Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к способу детекции и/или количественного анализа аллерген-специфических IgE и/или IgG в образце крови или сыворотки млекопитающего, включающему стадии a) переноса образца крови или сыворотки на абсорбирующий материал, b) сушки абсорбирующего материала, содержащего образец крови или сыворотки со стадии а), c) элюирования IgE и/или IgG из высушенного абсорбирующего материала или его части, содержащего высушенный образец крови или сыворотки, посредством нанесения буфера на указанный абсорбирующий материал или его часть, d) выделения элюата со стадии с) и e) нанесения выделенного элюата со стадии d) на тест-систему для одновременной детекции и/или количественного анализа IgE и/или IgG, связывающихся по меньшей мере с двумя аллергенами, где тест-система содержит твердую подложку, содержащую по меньшей мере два аллергена и/или их функциональные фрагменты, связанные с ней, в количестве менее 1 нг каждый.
