Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу выделения лимфоцитов (в частности, -Т-клеток) из образца негемопоэтической ткани, включающему этапы культивирования указанного образца негемопоэтической ткани в присутствии (a) интерлейкина-2 (IL-2) или интерлейкина-9 (IL-9), (b) интерлейкина-15 (IL-15) и (c) интерлейкина-21 (IL-21) и сбор популяции лимфоцитов, культивированных из указанного образца негемопоэтической ткани. Предложены способы последующего размножения клеток, а также популяции выделенных клеток, полученные с помощью указанного способа, и способы их применения.
