Abstract
Nuevas pirazolbenzodiazepinas que presentan la fórmula (gráfico), y las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de las mismas, en donde R1, R2, R3 y R4 son como se han definido aquí, son inhibidores de quinasas dependientes de ciclina (CDFs), en particular CDK2 y son agentes antiprofilerativos útiles en el tratamiento o control de los trastornos proliferativos celulares, en particular, tumores de mama, colon, pulmón y prostata.Novel pyrazobenzodiazepines having the formula (graph), and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are as defined herein, are inhibitors of cyclin dependent kinases (CDFs), in particular CDK2 and they are antiprofilerative agents useful in the treatment or control of cell proliferative disorders, in particular, tumors of the breast, colon, lung, and prostate.
