Abstract
La invención proporciona compuestos que tienen propiedades farmacéuticas y de bicafección, sus composiciones farmacéuticas y método de uso. En particular, la invención se relaciona con derivados de indoloxoacetil piperazina. Estos compuestos poseen actividad antivírica única, si se usan solos o en combinación con otros antivíricos, antiinfecciosos, inmunomoduladores o inhibidores de la entrada de VIH. De manera más particular, la presente invención se refiere al tratamiento de VIH y SIDA.
