Abstract
Esta invención tiene que ver con nuevas formas polimórficas del compuesto hidroclorato 2-®-(1-®-(3,5-bis(trifluorometil)-fenil)-etoxi)-4-(5-(dimetil-amino)metil-1,2,3-triazol-4-il)metil-3-(S)-(4-fluorofenil) morfolina, el cual es un antagonista de recptor de taquiquinina útil en el tratamiento o prevención de trastornos del sistema nervioso central, enfermedades inflamatorias, dolor o migraña, asma y emesis. Las presente formas polimórficas, tiene ventajas sobre las otras formas conocidas de hidroclorato 2-(R)-(1-(R)-(3,5-bis(trifluorometil)-fenil)-etoxi)-4-(5-(dimetil-amino)metil-1,2,3-triazol-4-il) metil-3-(S)-(4-fluorofenil)morfolina, en términos de estabilidad termodinámica e idoneidad para su inclusión en formulaciones farmacéuticas.This invention relates to novel polymorphic forms of the hydrochloride compound 2-®- (1-®- (3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl) -phenyl) -ethoxy) -4- (5- (dimethyl-amino) methyl-1 2,3-triazol-4-yl) methyl-3- (S) - (4-fluorophenyl) morpholine, which is a tachykinin receptor antagonist useful in the treatment or prevention of disorders of the central nervous system, inflammatory diseases , pain or migraine, asthma and emesis. The present polymorphic forms have advantages over the other known forms of hydrochloride 2- (R) - (1- (R) - (3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl) -phenyl) -ethoxy) -4- (5- (dimethyl -amino) methyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl) methyl-3- (S) - (4-fluorophenyl) morpholine, in terms of thermodynamic stability and suitability for inclusion in pharmaceutical formulations.
