Abstract
El presente invento se refiere a los derivados de 2- aminotiazolina de fórmula (1) en donde R1 es un átomo de hidrógeno o un radical alquilo y R2 es un radical alquilo, alk-NH2, -CH-R3, CH2-S-R4 o fenilo sustituido por un radical nitro o -NH-C(NH)CH3, es decir R1 es un radical alquilo y R2 es un átomo de hidrógeno, R3 es un radical cicloalquilo (3-6C), piridilo, N-oxido de piridilo, thienilo, tiazolilo, imidazolilo, pirazinilo, triazolilo, fenilo o fenilo sustituido por un radical nitro, hidroxi o carboxi, R4 representa un radical pyridilo o N-oxido de piridilo, alk representa un radical alquileno o sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables con excepción de ciertos compuestos conocidos y el uso de estos derivados como inhibidores de la NO-sintetasa inducible.
