Abstract
El invento se refiere a un compuesto que tiene una fórmula (I) en la cual R1 es ciclopentil o ramificación (3-4C) alfil; R2 es ciclohexil o fenil; R3 es hidrógeno o metilo; y A es un 4, 5 o 6-anillo membretado no sustituible saturado; o una sal de la misma farmaceúticamente aceptada. Los componentes de la invención tienen actividad anticoagulante y pueden ser usados en tratamientos o para prevenir enfermedades trombo-medicadas y trombo-asociadas.
