Abstract

Los compuestos multiméricos que se uno a P-Selectina Glicoproteina 1 (PSGL-1) sobre la superficie de las células T or natural killer (NK) cells pueden ser usadas para inducir a la célula T o la agotamiento de la céula NK y/o para inducir a la célula T o la apoptosis de la célula NK. Los compuestos multiméricos y métodos de la invención pueden ser usados para controlar las células T no deseadas o las inmuno respuestas mediadas por la célula NK en condiciones, tales como enfermedades inflamatorias, enfermedades autoinmunes, rechazo de transplantes y enfermedades alérgicas.
