Abstract

Esta invención describe nuevos inhibidores de gamma secretasa de la fórmula: .R2 y R3, o R2 y R4, o R3 y R4, conjuntamente con los átomos a los cuales están unidos, pueden formar un anillo cicloalquilo fusionado o heterocicloalquilo fusionado. El anillo cicloalquilo o el anillo heterocicloalquilo pueden estar opcionalmente sustituidos con uno o más grupos sustituyentes.
