Abstract

Se revela un método para determinar si una rosa salvaje de interés es cruzada o no con una rosa cultivada. El método comprende los siguientes pasos: examinar si la rosa de interés contiene o no un gen KSN que contiene un transposón (un indicador); y determinar que la rosa de interés es cruzada con una rosa cultivada cuando el individuo tiene el gen KSN que contiene un transposón.
